Stylishly designed home very close to Berawa beach, Finns and Atlas beach club (2 Mn walk). The villa is at an amazing location and walking distance to the biggest beach clubs & good restaurants. You can hear music at night & fireworks once. As you’re in the midsts of it all, it’s not the most quiet location but as this villa is tucked behind another we still host a lot of families who like to be central. The villa has 3 AC bedrooms, a glassed in AC living room & 1 private parking spot.

This cute and luxurious villa comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen/living area, pool, off street parking and fast fibre-optic wifi. Situated in the heart of trendy but tranquil Pererenan, the villa is a stone's throw from the shortcut to Canggu where most of the area's restaurants, shops and bars are located. The road the villa is on leads straight to Pererenan beach, just a minute away by scooter, and is also surrounded by amazing cafes and yoga/pilates studios.

Great location - cute little villa - calm & quiet

All the water in the villa is filtered and safe to drink (shower, sinks etc). This was important for our family. We built this villa for our surfing family of four. It was finished in April 2022. It is located 400 meters from Deus Ex Machina in Canggu while also extremely quiet. You can walk to the beach, to restaurants, bars etc while still having a quiet and peaceful villa. We include daily cleaning and 1 free airport transfers (with 6+ nights stays). Internet is 70MB up/down.
