tempat nya enak, masuk gang tapi masih walkable. anak ku suka sekali ada kolam ikan dan kandang ayam di depan rumah. mungkin akan sedikit menggangu kalo yang ga suka suara ayam di pagi hari. to take a note juga, water heater nya yang model gas. agak sulit atur panas nya, ga rekomen buat langsung pakai dari shower, tapi owner udah sediakan juga ember buat nampung dan mix dengan air biasa. satu lagi, parkiran nya ngepas banget untuk mobil seukuran avanza , fit better buat yang lebih kecil dari itu, ukuran di atas nya kaya nya akan susah buat masuk parkiran nya. overall oke dan nyaman untuk stay 5 hari 4 malam 👌

bakalan balik lagi next time pas ke Yogyakarta.. first time ke yogyakarta bener2 bahagia banget villanya bersih,luas,anabul2 happy.. (harus tetap jaga kebersihan ya :) mungut kotoran anjing) kalau pagi sejuk banget thank you so much sis

After first time here, we've fell in love with the homey place like this. This is our second time here spending short trip transit with the pets. The house have everything you need when you stay .. will be back again !

Puas banget nginep dua malam disini!! buat 5 orang oke la. semua keperluan hampir semuanya ada di homestay ini (laundry, rice cooker, etc). ngerasa worth it nginep disini, ga ngecewain, servicesnya juga oke! thank you!!!

Sangat recommend untuk yang sedang liburan dan cari penginapan yang muat banyak, Host ramah, rumah nyaman, lingkungan tenang, AC dingin dan dekat dengan candi Prambanan

It’s a nice place to stay with a family during holidays or vacations. In front of a Masjid. The surrounding are really calm and peaceful. I truly recommend to visit Gubuk Coklat Merapi for lunch or dinner.

Kamarnya bersih dan tempatnya ditengah kota, kamar luas, alat makan & alat masak lengkap, ac dingin, ruang keluarga luas disediakan juga tv andorid, kekurangannya hanya kamar mandi agak sedikit berbau tapi tidak menyengat, highly recommend for stay

Homestay paling nyaman untuk bawa keluarga. Rumah nya bersih dan rapi. Perlengkapan Dapur sangat lengkap. Bisa di blg, harga sudah sangat murah untuk rumah sebesar ini. Letak nya sangat strategis. Ga jauh dari tempat wisata. Aaah.. serasa rumah sendiri. pagi2 bisa masak untuk sarapan. Kami pasti akan kembali lagi ke sini. Terima kasih Owner.. Terima kasih buat si ibu yang membantu kami 🙏🙏

We had a fantastic stay at Maarten’s villa. The location, situated nearly 700 meters above sea level, offers a refreshing natural atmosphere and easy access to popular attractions in Kaliurang. It’s also conveniently located along the Kaliurang jeep tour route, making it an excellent choice for travelers looking to explore the area. The staff at the property were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The cool mountain air was especially enjoyable, particularly when it rained. However, during hot weather, the rooms on the second floor felt quite warm as the villa is not equipped with air conditioning. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa and would love to return in the future. Highly recommended for those seeking a peaceful and scenic retreat!

مسكن رائع جدا ونظيف جدا وتوجد به خدمات الفنادق مثل المناشف وغيرها وكذلك يوجد موظفين ودودين جدا يقدمون المساعدة أثناء الإقامة في الفلة ويقدمون لك الافطار بسعر رمزي. إنه مكان للراحة والاستجمام والاستمتاع وقضاء وقت مريح وهادئ في الفلة. تم الاهتمام بكل التفاصيل للشعور بالراحة النفسية والهدوء.. غرفة هادئة وسرير مريح، وحمام نظيف ودش الحمام جديد، والمطبخ فيه الاحتياجات الضرورية. الفناء الخارجي أمام الفلة ممتع. هذه الفلة مقصد للذين يريدون الراحة والهدوء والجلوس أوقات طويلة في الفلة. يوجد بالقرب من الفلة العديد من المقاهي والأماكن السياحية، ما عليك الا سؤال المساعدين في الفلة وسوف يقدمون كل النصائح بكل ود ولطف. من الصعب الحصول سائق من تطبيق grab او gojek ولذلك من الأفضل استئجار دراجة نارية، والمساعدين في الفلة يقدمون لك النصائح حول استئجار دراجة نارية أو سيارة. لن تشعر بالملل حتى لو مكثت مدة إقامتك بالفلة وعدم الخروج منها. شكرا للمضيف إنه ودود جدا وشكرا للمساعدين في الفلة إنهم ودودين ويعملون بإخلاص لتشعر بالراحة.

new and modern villa located in secluded area. the place is good, lots of amenities and modern things. i came with 3 kids (11, 3, and 2 years old).. so the place becomes a bit messy after a day. might need to have daily clean up.. but besides that everything went smoothly. thanks for hosting us

tempat yg sangat nyaman , terasa seperti rumah nenek saya di jogja luas dan banyak sirkulasi udara setiap dinding sangat niat dibikin instagramable dan untuk penyuka kucing ada sakura sih "penjaga" rumah .. dan anakny sih mini hahaha terima kash untuk kesempatan yg diberikan

Amazing experience with the sweetest host ever. She even made nasi goreng for us and was extremely helpful throughout her stay. Definitely the best place to stay in Yogyakarta. The room was great and we also used the parking space.

Responnya cepat dan baik

We had a great time at Selli’s, everything was amazing and way better than what we expected! You can use everything, especially in the kitchen. They provide; rice, indomie, water, spices, coffee, tea, etc. My friend cooked during we stayed there. The house is pretty big enough with minimalist concept. It’s near to Merapi area. There are our favorite “warung bakso” that nearby, you can just walk :) The host is friendly and communicative ☺️ we definitely will be back when we visit Jogja again 💕 thank you

Nice host and very helpful. At first we stayed just one night in Jogja but it was extended to two nights and we still stayed at Pak Jami's villa because his house felt like home. when checking out there was item left behind, Pak Jami immediately informed us and wanted to help send it to our address. If we go to Jogja again, Pak Jami's villa will be our first choice. Highly recommended host. if you want a vacation to Jogja, Pak Jami's villa is the right choice.

Tuan rumah pak bambang sangat ramah dan baik, kami memiliki beberapa kendala yang mengharuskan mengatur jadwal ulang sebanyak 2x dikarenakan keadaan urgensi musibah duka di keluarga kami (ayah kami). Namun pak bambang menyetujui sebanyak 2x saya melakukan perubahan jadwal. Terimakasih atas segala kebaikannya pak bambang. Untuk penginapannya sendiri kami puas, lingkungan tenang dan asri, kamarnya banyak dan cukup luas. Fasilitas juga cukup menarik. Lokasi juga cukup mudah ditemukan. Sekali lagi terimakasih atas tuan rumah dan pengalaman yang menarik menginap disini selama dua malam.

Meskipun saya tidak menempati, saya memesankan untuk teman saya dan mereka semua senang menginap di tempat ini.. sangat dekat dengan tempat wisata dan tempat yang begitu luas dan nyaman. Segala fasilitas lengkap jadi merek semua sangat puas
