Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Caniçada

The stay at the property of Aurora and her daughter Sandra, has been spectacular. The accommodation, as I said, better than the pictures. All kinds of needs were covered because it has everything. They also welcome you with a detail that I don't say so as not to break the surprise. The place is quiet, relaxing and sorbs is all good for disconnecting from everything. The sound of the water right next to it, but that of the sea, not of the rain that falls on us (haha... still with its charm). In short, 100% recommended for rest, a little sightseeing. Very nice house, rather spacious, completely faithful to the photos. All three bedrooms are upstairs. Perfect for 6 people. Ideally located to visit the north of Portugal without being far from Porto. Stores within 10 min and the train station 5 min away allows you to reach Porto in 50 min for €2.90! A luxury home very close to many places to see. Large, very large rooms, with closets and TV. Luxury amenities and a clean and impeccable house. The host was friendly, always attentive to us. It was a 10-star stay. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay in Caniçada, despite quite a lot of rain. The host Jessica is just great – super warm, helpful and immediately available for any question. You feel immediately welcome and well looked after. The apartment was very clean, lovingly furnished and offered everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The absolute highlight was the jacuzzi with a fantastic view of the lake – even in bad weather a pleasure! Unfortunately we could not use the pool as it was too cold and rainy. The surrounding area invites you to great hikes – pure nature! We highly recommend this place and Jessica's hospitality. Obrigado, Jessica – we'd love to come back!

Large house, airy, clear, comfortable, well supplied and assorted with kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies and household appliances, all according to the listing and the photos. Great pool with floating accessories. Local withdrawn and quiet, but with easy access to various cities and beaches. Carla and her family's service and friendliness note 10. Super recommend it!

We were extremly happy with the villa. Enough space, it was clean and with the facilities like tennis court, jacuzzi and pool table you always habe something to do even when you dont visit the cities or the beach. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. They were very reliable and quick with questions and help. We would definitly book this villa again!

A truly memorable stay. The landscape was breathtaking — wildflowers, birdsong, horses, and morning mist over the valley created a dreamlike atmosphere. The spa facilities and infinity pool, set against stunning views, were especially restorative. The cabin is compact but surrounded by natural beauty. We loved waking to the sounds of birds and nearby waterfall — simply idyllic. There was occasional noise from grounds maintenance, but it didn’t detract too much from the overall impression. The host was communicative and flexible with our arrival time. Thoughtful touches like the welcome wine and chocolate cake made us feel right at home. Everything was smooth and easy, and we found some fantastic local restaurants. The surrounding area is full of charm, with quiet walks, friendly people, and views we’ll never forget. We spent our days exploring and simply soaking it all in. This place made us fall in love with Portugal — we’re already looking forward to returning. Thank you!

This is a stunning place secluded away from anything nearby. Great for a retreat to be restful, listen to nature and admire the beautiful horses. Cheila was an incredible host, super responsive to any questions or comments and gave us some beautiful lemons from her tree. The house is really well throughout and all amenities are included. I loved the place!!! The lady who attended to us was super friendly and attentive, I was celebrating my birthday and she left a little gift for me🤍, I was super happy and amazed at everything! It was a very pleasant surprise! It really is on high, it has phenomenal landscapes !! I loved it and highly recommend it! I'm just grateful for the hospitality

The accommodation is beautiful, located in the deep nature and is a fantastic place to take a break. Alexandrina was so nice to us, she is a very smart person and gave us some of her knowledge in the form of alternative therapies. A fantastic person and a great stay

It's an incredible place😍 to fully enjoy nature, sleep with the sound of the river in the background and wake up with the beautiful view of the trees. It's spectacular. The cabins are beautiful. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the pool. Manuela is a wonderful host, attentive, very kind and close. We felt at home. I'll definitely repeat the experience.
