The accommodation was very comfortable and spacious with a very nice outdoor area where you can enjoy a beautiful view. We had a great time!

Patrícia was helpful and answered all questions in a matter of minutes. Had a quick stay but the house has everything you need. I would stay again.

Carolina and Tiago were very helpful and were always responding to all our queries. They made us a lot of great local recommendations. They also accommodated our request for an early check in.

Super host - very responsive and provided excellent recommendations. Great location to explore on foot and by car. Parking no issue, and easy drive to airport. Apartment was tremendous. Balconies allowed us to have breakfast in the sun outside admiring the views. Walk into town about 15 mins down hill - not too strenuous. Lots of Ubers that were inexpensive, so easy to get about. We had x4 full days in Madeira which were full of activities. Palace Gardens and Levarda walks were excellent. Truly wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

We were welcomed immediately very friendly by Connie, who gave us great tips for the restaurants in the neighborhood and some fresh vegetables from the garden. Connie and Johnny are always available for any questions, yet you have total privacy. The view is amazing, day and night. All furniture is from the highest quality, fully equipped kitchen, a perfect bed and an awesome bath. Worth every cent, just book it and you will have a dream vacation!

Filipa was a great host and this is one of the best AirBnb’s we have stayed in. Great location, only a short walk into town and the area is surrounded by cafes, restaurants and a park just over the road. Great space with lots of attention to detail and very clean. We loved Funchal and will definitely be booking this accommodation again when we return. Thank you for such a great stay.

A very good stay in this perfectly located apartment. There was everything you needed, the bed was comfortable, the stay pleasant. The parking space is very convenient. I recommend it!

Has one of the best restaurants right across the road (go in the evening for an authentic local vibe) The flat was clean & airy and the local is good if you don’t want the business of Funchal. Only thing missing was directions to find the pool as there isn’t signage, however they provided this straight away on request.

This place was perfect for our needs and it was nicer than expected! It also came with a parking spot for our rental car (it's a bit tight though, so not sure if a big car would fit - it's good for small cars).

We have visited Madeira for long weekend. Flat was very bright, clean and spacious. Nice to seat outside on the balcony with coffee and watch sunset. Despite been above the pizza place and next to the road it was very quiet. We had taxi from airport as no direct bus to the apartment. Taxi was around €20 Bus 155 is going to Funchal and bus stop on the road near the flat block. Busses going in average every hour and cost €2,60 Lovely walks around. Just bear in mind it is a lot of ups and downs. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend flat. All as described and we had very pleasant stay.

Ricardo was a great host very way to communicate with via messaging. The airbnb was great, nice and cozy. bonus that there is a parking garage, you don't have to park on the street!

He was friendly, attentive, and always available for any questions or local tips, which really added a personal touch to the experience. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Waking up to the stunning ocean views and peaceful surroundings each morning was such a treat. The location is perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and just a short drive to Funchal, but still tucked away in a calm, scenic part of the island. Ravi clearly puts a lot of care into hosting, and it shows. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and local recommendations that made my visit even more special. Stayed for over 2-months at Jacque's apartment and had a great time there. The apartment is exactly like the photos: spacious, clean, and with fantastic ocean views. I found the location to be excellent, less than a 10-min walk into the local town where there are shops, cafes, and supermarkets. The local botanical garden, Quinta Splendida, is also very close by and well-worth a visit (free entrance and has a great cafe). As a host, Jacque was excellent: very friendly, responsive, and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jacque's apartment to other AirBnB guests. 10/10.

The apartment was beautiful and had everything you needed. Location was perfect meaning we could explore the city easily on foot. The roof terrace was a lovely addition to the apartment and allowed us to have some well needed chill time after busy days exploring. Our hosts were very helpful. Check in was really easy and we were given a guided tour of the apartment and terrace on arrival. Their welcome pack had lots of great recommendations that we used as well. My daughter had a fall in the apartment during our stay and accidentally broke a lamp. When I told the hosts they were so understanding and it was sorted really easily and with no stress. I really appreciated this so thank you again for your kindness.

The accommodation was beautifully located in a very quiet location with a breathtaking view. Everything was clean and furnished with love so that you can only feel comfortable from the first moment. It had everything you need, we also loved the many kitchen utensils and the grill, which we used every day. The terrace with whirlpool, lounge, loungers and table were the highlight. We spent a lot of time in the accommodation because we felt so comfortable. Calheta beach is 5 minutes by car and highly recommended. We also found the private parking lot great. Bruno and Maria are very accommodating and also asked how we are and if we need anything. The location was perfect for us, very quiet, lots of privacy and yet we can get everywhere by car. We are glad we booked at this spot! The balcony was wonderful to have and everything was clean. What stood out the most was our very responsive host making sure we got all checked in even while her car was broken down on the side of the road! Despite the emergency, she responded to all our messages promptly and helped us check in. I was extra grateful when I woke up extremely sick from some bad fruit the night before and we were allowed a late check out until I recovered! We even left one of our passports at check out and she made sure the staff kept it safe for us. Very helpful owners, would recommend.

Betty is the top host! She welcomed us with open arms. Very fast to respond, friendly and helpful! We were able to check out in the afternoon and enjoyed our last lunch at home before leaving for the airport. The view of the mountains is breathtaking at day and night time. The apartment is absolutely huge. It was our 3rd visit to Madeira with our elderly mum. She got beautiful bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk in shower. Betty also got an armchair for mum so she could relax on the balcony. We had such a comfortable and great stay! highly recommended!

upon arrival we were very well received by Ana. She explained everything to us and we were even able to arrive a little early at the apartment. She gave us tips for sightseeing, dining, and also told us the nearest supermarket. Ana was at her best!!! The apartment is perfect, there is everything you need even more than we imagined. Thank you for everything! We were able to fully enjoy this beautiful island. And Gabriel spent almost all his evenings in the pool 😄 thank you again from all 3 of us

If I could, I would give to this accomodation and Patricia way more stars :) The flat is perfect. Great location, ocean view, everything was clean, nice and neat. Also those little, but big, details - dimmable light, extra fluffy blanket (not going to spoil more:) Watching stars while in jacuzzi.. Just awesome :) And Patricia is amazing host. Always quick answer, helpful, proactive, friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much and I will definitely book this place again, if we ever come back :)
