E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

The village of Gualdo Cattaneo is super friendly. Great bar and restaurant. It is a perfect place to start your adventures in this Umbrian valley. Spello, Spoleto, Todi, Trevi, Assisi, Perugia are all a stones through away. Best bit is you can actually park your car at Gualdo not far from your accommodation. The house is perfect, the balcony is superb, the bed downstairs (it has one upstairs near the balcony) is comfortable. I rate this place and the area 10/10.

Our stay in Spello was truly unforgettable. The apartment overlooks the charming piazza kennedy, and we were lucky to be there during the stunning Infiorata festival—watching the intricate floral carpets being created right below our balcony was an absolute dream. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with air conditioning, which made it a perfect retreat whether the weather was warm or cool. A special thank you to our host, Ferruccio, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. He even picked us up at the Spello station due to the heat, which was so thoughtful and much appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommended!

L'esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. La struttura è immersa nella natura, in una zona tranquilla ma facilmente raggiungibile, ideale per chi cerca relax e centralissima per chi vuole esplorare questa pare dell'Umbria. La casa è accogliente, pulita e arredata con gusto, con una particolare attenzione ai dettagli. . Emanuela, Michele e sua mamma sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili, fornendoci indicazioni su cosa visitare nei dintorni e rendendoci subito sentire come a casa. Consiglio vivamente.

Appartamento grande, pulito, ordinato, fornito di tutto, corrispondenza 100% alle foto. Il terrazzo è un valore aggiunto, molto curato, che consente di consumare i pasti all'aperto.
