Apartment as described, small but good for 1 max 2 people. Well maintained. Ideally located for visiting the city, everything can be done on foot. It may seem a little noisy at first with the street. But very quiet at night. Bathroom a little small but small functional kitchen. I would go back.

We had a great weekend. the apartment is very well maintained, very clean. the living space is bright and quiet. A few minutes walk away is the Docks Mall where we could find just about everything we needed. Highly recommend this apartment!

We stayed one night at Steeve & Charlotte's place. Steeve welcomed us and showed us through the house. Very comfortable, quiet area, opposite the beautiful gardens in Rouen. We also had a car park inside the premises. You can walk into town (about 30 mins). We recommend.

We had a pleasant stay at Ambre‘s place just for ine night. For that, it was perfect.

I spent 3 weeks here in Christine's apartment to attend a language school for French. The staircase is a bit narrow with the suitcase, but it is easily accessible and well lit. The apartment is located in the upper part of an old house with a lot of charm, is very nice and furnished with a lot of flair. The kitchen is also very nicely equipped with spices, salt, pepper, etc., nothing is missing. Living room with small sofa, TV and table neat and clean. Shower with good water pressure and also enough hot water. The bedroom with bed and separate dressing corner is located on the upper floor. Sleeping up here was very nice, the nights were basically very quiet. Communication with Christine was excellent, she always responded within a short time. Even when birds in the attic caused noise around 5:30 a.m., Christine and her husband reacted very quickly and called a roofer to close the entrances, this was very great. I highly recommend it.

Very nice accommodation with a view of the Seine. We had our bikes with us on our tour and were able to take very nice tours from there. Rouen is easy to reach within 30 minutes via the direct bus connection in front of the door.

We stayed at Sophia and Thomas's place for two nights. The accommodation is close to downtown Rouen on foot. The accommodation was well decorated with a great well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom with the bathtub was great but it lacked some hot water. The only downside was the sofa bed with the mattress too thin because we felt the frame of the sofa. This information was shared with hosts who became aware of this information to correct it! We will return to this place so we would highly recommend it!

We had a great stay at Le Vaudreuil, the apartment is nice, well-equipped and well-located. Cedric is a very available host. The address is to be remembered for a future stay.

This was our first visit to Rouen, and this apartment was a delightful introduction to a wonderful city. The location is a dream, particularly if you arrive by car, as we did. Secure, free parking right outside the door in the middle of the city is quite a luxury. The apartment is lovely and has lots of nice details. The beds are super comfortable, and the two full baths are a treat. Top-notch appliances, ample seating, tasteful decor, nice house plants, and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed walking to many sites in the old city center and several museums that were practically right across the street. We were even greeted with a thoughtful welcoming gift from our host. All in all, a great stay that I can recommend without hesitation.

My wife and I spent a very pleasant week at Claire's apartment. it is located in a quiet area very close to the main sights of Rouen. it is easily walkable to get to museums, restaurants and stores. Rouen is a very attractive and historic city, with plenty to do. The apartment is itself historic and very creatively decorated. I highly recommend Claire's Airbnb!

Very nice apartment, clean and as described. Equipped and convenient kitchen. Not far from the city center and small shops very convenient to do small shopping. Very responsive host. Had a great time there.

To arrive in the city center of Rouen to Maxime's apartment was a treat we did not fully appreciate until we checked in. Easy parking (can't say that often), a beautiful apartment and a pastry shop or coffee shop at every turn, we loved the experience. The church and garden of the Church of Joan of Arc in view, we loved the city and thanks to Maxime in sharing a beautiful space.

Ideally located next to a bus station, a shopping center and an Intermarché. The accommodation is a perfect match, and all the amenities worked (except for a small problem with the sauna, quickly fixed by Anthony). Too bad there was a bit of a delay in responding by message (Anthony being in another time zone). In any case, great value for money, I can only recommend
