Charming house in which we would have liked to stay one more night. The beds were comfortable, the decoration neat, the surroundings very quiet... And Kazia very responsive, accommodating and friendly. I'll go back if I have the chance to come back to the area!

We rented Hélène's accommodation as part of a professional stay; We enjoyed the quiet environment, especially the terrace near the waterway, as well as the quality of the bedding. The kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped. Ideal for resting after a day of work!

To arrive in the city center of Rouen to Maxime's apartment was a treat we did not fully appreciate until we checked in. Easy parking (can't say that often), a beautiful apartment and a pastry shop or coffee shop at every turn, we loved the experience. The church and garden of the Church of Joan of Arc in view, we loved the city and thanks to Maxime in sharing a beautiful space.

I had a wonderful stay at Nathalie & Thierry’s comfortable and cozy apartment. The apartment is in impeccable condition, and the terrace provides a lovely way to enjoy the outdoors with privacy. Nathalie & Thierry were incredibly welcoming and very responsive to my messages. I had an unexpected medical issue come up during my stay, and they were caring and attentive. This was very comforting and reassuring. Thierry picked me up at and took me to the train station, which I really appreciated. No question I would stay here again. Fabulous in every way.

The apartment is bright, quiet, very clean, the furniture and appliances are new! Well located, 5 min walk, Saint Sever shopping center, with supermarket, 1 Lidl opposite also 5 min, 30 min walk from the train station and between 20 min 30 min from the historic center of Rouen! Edwige and Patrick are very responsive and have always answered our questions quickly and kindly. The concierge staff were welcoming and available. This is the first time we went to Rive Gauche...very satisfied and we will be happy to come back if availability allows!

It is a nice house, equipped with all the necessities and a spacious balcony. The neighborhood is quiet, a supermarket is close by, and you can be in the center of Rouen in no time. An ideal place for a holiday or to work remotely.

Functional accommodation decorated and furnished with taste. Fully equipped kitchen with utensils, spices and condiments available. Washing machine with detergent, not used but maybe convenient. Very nice accommodation.
