Our modern apartment offers two bedrooms (one king-size twin bed and two single beds), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. One very comfortable box spring bed, the second bed is a good quality pull-out sofa-bed that pulls out to a queen size. We've an extra single bed we can put in at your request. Our beautiful home is located right above the harbor of the lovely village of Spiez. Near the house lies a quiet park through which the train station and the local town can be reached within 5 walking minutes. The harbor with access to the lake and different restaurants is also very close and only a few minutes away. There are so many things to do in the region - and Spiez is the ideal spot to start! Interlaken with all its activities is reachable by train in not more than 20 min.

***NO PARTIES*** On top floor of an old, traditional house in the heart of Switzerland. Close to Interlaken and Spiez with a spectacular view. This place is unique, very calm. There is public transport, but I would recommend coming by car. A parking lot is provided for you. note: the bathtub is currently out of order. There is no AC as there are generally no ACs in most Swiss Apartments due to how hard it is to obtain permits for them.
