The 'Aerie Loft' offers a covered carport which it is situated above for relaxing outdoors, tinkering with gear, and an outdoor garden area for BBQing.

Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.

Balanced Rock Cabin is just minutes from Arches and Canyonlands, with room for 6 guests. Sleep soundly with a king bed in the bedroom, a king bed in the loft, and a pull-out sofa.
