Condo holiday rentals in Cap Cana Marina, Punta Cana

We just spent five nights at Daniel’s amazing penthouse in El Cortecito and had an awesome time! The place looks just like the photos, modern, clean, and really comfortable. There was plenty of room to relax, and the private Jacuzzi was definitely a highlight. It’s perfect for couples and in a great spot, close to beaches, restaurants, and nightlife, but still nice and quiet. There is construction nearby as mentioned in other reviews but it didn't affect us. Daniel was super helpful and responsive the whole time, always quick to reply and full of great local tips, everything from where to eat to how to get around. The whole experience totally beat our expectations. Whether you're chilling in the Jacuzzi or out exploring Punta Cana, this place is the perfect home base. We’d definitely come back, highly recommend!

The place was beautifully decorated, as described in the pictures. Peaceful view, great for reading and relax. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with.

We had an amazing time at Romain’s place. It’s very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; we didn’t miss a thing the entire weekend. We had a couple of issues with the bathroom and the air conditioning, but Romain and Olena’s team responded incredibly quickly. They came to the apartment and were extremely kind and helpful at all times. We even left a personal item behind, and someone from the team went out of their way to return it to us right away. Communication with Romain and Olena was always fast, clear and very attentive. They made us feel truly welcome, and we hope to come back soon.

Wonderful Stay! We stayed at apartment H102 in Punta Cana and it was an excellent experience. The property is right in front of the ocean, offering a spectacular view and a relaxing atmosphere. The apartment is in perfect condition—very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is unbeatable, close to everything you need to fully enjoy your stay. Plus, the customer service was outstanding: attentive, friendly, and always available. We would definitely come back!

Very great host in Rosangel, she was waiting for my family in our arrivals and got to know them, guide them to the process and was always helpful, supportive and friendly through the whole weekend my family stayed in here apartment. Great host, highly recommended.

Amazing experience! The listing exceeded our expectations. Everything was impeccably clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the decor was very charming. The location was perfect, close to everything but in a quiet area. The host was very attentive, responded quickly to our messages and was there for any concerns. We would definitely stay here again. This was an overall great stay. The property and the unit layout is just as is shown in the pictures. There are two(2) restaurants on property, a beach bar, a gym, a beach area, a lounge co work space and a play area for the kids. There is also a main pool, and one closer the unit. To get around the property itself, and around nearby places in Punta Cuna, you will definitely need a car. You can rent one from the host with ease. They also offer airport pick up at a cost. The host was extremely attentive, super pleasant and very helpful. He was also super responsive if I had an issue, or a question. Overall, I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Staying at Renier's place was the best introduction to Punta Cana that my family and I could have possibly had. Immediately upon arrival, he answered his phone when we had further questions about the location of the property. The place looked exactly like the pictures and that was refreshing. Along with the recommendations of how to get food delivered, Renier had water delivered 10 minutes after we got there so that we never went thirsty during our stay. The location couldn't have been more perfect. We were close to shops, restaurants, resorts, and places to book tours. Having Renier close by also allowed for us to get to know his family and he was able to tell us a little more about the area. I 10/10 enjoyed him as a host.

Linda was a great host. I booked the place for my parents, and they felt super welcomed! The place was super clean and exactly like the photos. I highly recommend!

I liked it a lot, recommended for families because it has a shared bathroom. The hostess was very friendly and proactive, always responded and was attentive the whole time.

Our stay was amazing, this location was perfectly centered near beaches and nightlife as well as a plethora of restaurants and entertainment. The room itself is beautiful and clean- looks just like the pictures. Best of all, our hoist JC was extremely helpful and kind throughout our entire stay.

My stay at Residencial Playa Coral was truly exceptional. The apartment exudes comfort and understated luxury, with thoughtful details throughout — from the spacious layout and elegant furnishings to the impressive entertainment setup featuring a 60" Sony Bravia TV and immersive Dolby surround sound. Its ground-floor location made beach access effortlessly convenient; stepping out barefoot onto the soft sands of Bávaro felt like a dream. The nearby Jellyfish Restaurant was another highlight — having exquisite seafood delivered directly to the apartment added a lovely touch of indulgence. This residence strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and sophistication. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a refined beachfront escape.

This place is definitely - and always will be - our favorite choice for a family vacation in Bavaro. The apartment was fully equipped, with impeccable cleanliness and the hosts' attention could not have been better. Just minutes from Macao beach, the complex offers security, tranquility and a social area with a spectacular pool. Every detail made our stay unforgettable. I just want to come back every week to repeat this wonderful experience with my children! Without a doubt, 10/10 in everything!

We loved the place, it's just like the pictures . For those who don't go to an all-inclusive . I think it's the ideal place to know several areas and also stay on the beach . This place has direct beach access.

Enjoyed my stay here at this beautiful loft. It’s right before entering Cap Cana which gives you the option to visit Cap Cana or travel towards Punta Cana. The place was spotless clean and the washer and dryer was amazing to have during your stay. The shower and bed were super cozy!

We were impressed with the condo complex, our condo, and the incredible views! The room was clean, bed comfortable, and amenities like beach towels convenient. The proximity to the marina was entertaining as well as helpful when we chartered a fishing boat for an afternoon. Thank you for being such a gracious hostess!

We cannot speak more highly about our stay at Edwin’s condo. Everything was as described. Beautiful and comfortable. We felt like we were at home. Edwin was very communicative thru out my entire booking process as well as during our stay. We couldn’t have ask for a more gracious host. We love the easy access to the beach, restaurants and the supermarket. Everything you need is in walking distance. It was our most relaxing vacation ever. We are used to all inclusive vacations but what a difference. No schedules, no worries about claiming beach chairs, and most definitely no hassle for timeshares. We are so happy with our trip and cannot wait to return!
