Villetta unifamiliare interamente coperta di pietra minorchina dotata di tutti i confort con 2 camere da letto matrimoniali , bagno, salone e ampia cucina. Fresco e ampio patio affacciato su 500 mk. di giardino e godibilissima piscina privata. Vista incantevole sul mare che si trova a pochi metri di distanza dalla villa. Numerose le spiagge di sabbia bianca facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Sempre a piedi è raggiungibile il paese di Calan'Bosh con tanti locali, negozi e ristoranti.
