We loved staying at Alessio's place. It's even better looking in real life. The views, the space. The little things such as having coffee and a little breakfast ready for you. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

Alloggio come descritto con tutto quello che serviva per il soggiorno, tanti libri sulla zona e sulla storia del paese e tante altre letture. la persona che ci ha accolto è stata super disponibile e molto carina con i bambini. il paese ci è piaciuto molto, caratteristico. esperienza positiva. probabilmente ci torneremo.

A lovely little apartment with everything you need in the centre of Porto Ercole. This is such a hidden gem of a town with easy access to beaches and restaurants.

Luogo isolato tra le varie cascine nelle campagne ma stupendo a prima mattina con il panorama fantastico con colazione all’aperto ed il silenzio che lo caratterizza per giorni di puro relax 😎 consigliato ✍️

Il breve soggiorno è andato benissimo. L'appartamento è in pieno centro, accanto ad un supermarket e dotato di tutto il necessario per una breve vacanza. Marisa ci ha accolto di persona ed il check-in è stato semplice. Grande elasticità anche per il check out. Grazie Marissa per la sua ospitalità.

La casa di Beatrice è molto ospitale e dotata di tutti i comfort. Vicinissima al piccolo centro di Albinia, alcune attività essenziali sono comodamente raggiungibili a piedi. Posizionata strategicamente, in circa 15 minuti si può raggiungere Orbetello o Porto Santo Stefano. Avendo visitato in Inverno non abbiamo approfittato delle spiagge, che risultano essere molto vicine. La casa non è dotata di riscaldamento centralizzato ma una pompa di calore consente di riscaldare agevolmente l'appartamento. La casa di Beatrice è perfetta come base per visitare le bellissime località della zona in tutte le stagioni!

The apartment was even nicer than the pictures! It was quiet and clean, a really comfortable base for exploring the area. Laura gave excellent recommendations and made our stay even better. I would highly recommend visiting here and would certainly come back if we return to Italy. Thanks!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

abbiamo soggiornato solo 2 notti,ma ogni volta che dalla terrazza vedevamo il panorama ed il tramonto..ci dicevamo che é una splendida fortuna abitarci. siamo state accolte da Eva con genuinità e spontaneità amichevolmente. un paese molto tranquillo e che regala davvero tanta tranquillità,immerso nel panorama tipico delle zone,con il mare a portata di occhi! la casa una chicca ma il bagno vince su tutto! grazie per l'opportunità e l'ospitalità alla prossima! all

Ottima location per chi vuole rilassarsi in mezzo alla natura staccando dalla frenetica vita di città. Mare a 20 minuti di macchina raggiungibile tramite strade con ZERO traffico. Proprietari gentilissimi offrono un ottima accoglienza e disponibilità per ogni tipo di chiarimento. Consigliato.

Cristina est une hôte très accueillante et chaleureuse. Elle est au petit soin avec les locataires. L’appartement est magnifique et bien équipé. La vue de la terrasse est a coupé le souffle. L’endroit se trouve en pleine campagne proche des bois. Mon compagnon et moi-même adorons nous mettre sur la terrasse pour écouter le bruit des animaux en soirée. C’était un séjour de 10 jours fabuleux. ☺️

An adorable beach house! Stayed there with 6 of us which was comfortable with the large balcony. A walk to the beach and a short drive into the beautiful Porto Ercole which is where we had dinner most nights. Thanks for having us to stay.

Really wonderful place. Antonia is a fantastic host and provided us with really helpful instructions to find the Airbnb which is tucked away on the hill side. The views are incredible and there is everything you need both in the flat and the surrounding area. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be looking to come back.

Le logement etait vraiment tres tres joli, niché dans le village. Il est parfaitement propre et tres bien equipé. Il y avait un petit panier bien fourni pour le petit dejeuner tres agreable. On peut se garer facilement et accéder à l'appartement à pied. L'hôte a été tres reactif par message. Je recommande !

Eine sehr schöne Anlage in der Nähe des idyllischen Ortes Sorano. Gepflegte, weitläufige Anlage mit guter Parkmöglichkeit. Das Appartement ist groß und in einen Schlaf- und Wohnbereich unterteilt. Die Appartements im Untergeschoss haben eine kleine Grünfläche für den ungestörten Aufenthalt draußen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf Wünsche wird eingegangen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Wir verbrachten zauberhafte Tage bei Ulla. Das wunderschöne Haus, die liebevolle Einrichtung, der traumhafte Pool und die schöne Umgebung… all das hat uns so gut getan. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist sensationell. Man kann schöne Ausflüge unternehmen, wenn man möchte, wandern, Kultur erleben, Städte besuchen oder Restaurants. Ulla hatte dafür Unterlagen für uns bereitgestellt mit vielen Tipps. Die Zeit verging wie im Flug. Wer wirklich zur Ruhe kommen möchte, der ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A modern and clean apartment in perfect location just at the entrance to the old city centre of Castiglione. Lorenza was very nice and helpful. Little things like Airbnb logo at the entrance helps so much to facilitate the check-in. We cannot wait to go back again next summer.

la casa è pulitissima e molto accogliente con una magnifica vasca idromassaggio per 2 su una vetrata panoramica dalla quale si riesce a vedere anche la famosa statua MOAI Luciana è stata gentilissima e ci ha fornito tante utili informazioni per visitare al meglio la zona. la casa è comoda e fornita di tutto perfino i caricabatterie sul comodino. Vitorchiano già bella di per se' è un ottima soluzione per visitare Bomarzo, il paese delle fiabe, Celleno e il suo borgo Fantasma tutte interessantissime tappe consigliate da Luciana sulla strada per andare a Civita di Bagnoregio, Consigli di cui abbiamo fatto tesoro e che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più interessante . consigliatissimo

Antonio is one of the best hosts we have met as he was always friendly and responsive to all our needs. The house was clean and fully equipped with everything. Neighbourhood is quiet, peaceful and always enough space to park your vehicle. Would definitely choose Antionio's place again!

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach wunderbar. Das liebevoll eingerichtete Appartement hatte alles, was wir brauchten und noch mehr. Die Terrasse bot einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und wir konnten wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Mit dem Auto war alles in der Umgebung gut erreichbar und die Umgebung selbst war einfach nur schön. Isolina und ihre Tochter waren nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberinnen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!
