Loads of parking. Extra large outdoor living room, hot outdoor shower, hammock, marble dining table & grill to eat alfresco amongst other comforts.

Il Granaio apartment La Scuderia 6 km from the sea

The holiday apartments of “Il Granaio” are located in the countryside of the Maremma Toscana about 6 km from the beach. They were built at the beginning of the 20th century as stables for the Quadruped Breeding Center and completely renovated and transformed into rustic apartments (Scuderia) in 1999, leaving the original architectural features intact. In 2003 the renovation was completed by completely rebuilding the barn and transforming it into comfortable two-room apartments (Fienile).

Beautifully furnished Open Space with swimming pool. From the terrace of the Apt. you can enjoy a wonderful view stretching from the Argentario promontory to the nearby island of Giannutri. Guests have free use of a scooter and two helmets. The apartment is 320 metres from Cannelle beach and 1,500 metres from the tourist port. “Only one word can describe the stay...AMAZING!!! In my opinion, it is the most beautiful villa on the Island.”

Bolsena House

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

Tre Mari Cottage

I tre mari è la sistemazione ideale per una coppia di innamorati in cerca di pace e tranquillità. Situata nel cuore del monte argentario con una vista stupenda sul mare, può essere un punto di partenza per molti sentieri da trekking o per raggiungere tutte le calette dell’Argentario. A soli 2km dal mare, la strada per arrivare è tortuosa e in parte sterrata. Non è un posto per tutti!

Appartamento centrale, vicino alla spiaggia

Edificio di recente costruzione, zona centrale, ben rifinito e confortevole, parcheggio al coperto . Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro, a famiglie con bambini ed animali. Per chi è allergico agli acari sterilizzo le stanze con lampade UVC + Ozono, lo facevo già prima di Covid 19, ora a maggior ragione.
