INFORM TOTAL NUMBER OF PEOPLE (ADULT/CHILD) and PET (if any)! Simple and humble house, behind my parents' main residence. Located 400 meters from the beach. Total capacity for up to 6 people. 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 2 bunk beds, 1 of which is a double bed. Close to the center of Capão da Canoa, Arco Íris neighborhood (+- 30 min walk or 7 min drive). It offers 1 ceiling fan, TV, Wi-Fi, barbecue and a parking space. There is no air-conditioning.

Direct access to the beach from the back of the house. 5 km from the center of Capão da Canoa and 3 km from Capao Novo. The bathrooms are just downstairs from the house. Two large patios with grass and fences, great for bringing dogs and pets.
