Holiday rentals with a pool in Capas

The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

The host is very accommodating and responsive. He immediately finds a way to address our concerns and ensure that we are comfortable while in his place. He even provided welcome snack for my family. The place is clean and well maintained. Worth the price! I will surely consider this place again next time.

Ms. Kim was very responsive during our stay. We loved the place, feels like home. My mom said that the unit is nice. Just a bit of concern with ants (this was a big thing for me since my son is allergic to a certain type of insect bite) when you have some covered food or maybe "to gos" left on the table, but a bug spray is available for use. Easy access, good neighborhood, ample water for usage, accessible amenities, great host! Overall, still a good stay! Praying for your Granddad's speedy recovery, Ms. Kim. Thank you!😊

We celebrated my Mom and Grandma's birthday here, and it was such a lovely experience! The place is peaceful, calming, and incredibly well-maintained. Everything was spotless, and the air conditioning was super cold—perfect for relaxing. Ms. Merlyn and Kuya Ivan were very accommodating and responsive to all my inquiries. As a sweet surprise, they even gave us some delicious baked goods before we checked out. It was a short but memorable staycation—definitely time well spent! I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to others!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable home with good furniture and comfortable beds. Quiet and secure. We would definitely recommend Jannet’s place and will look to stay there again if we’re back this way.

Anei's place is situated in a safe gated subdivision. It was easy to find thru waze. The location is near downtown Angeles, near Clark, and also near San Fernando so everything is within easy reach. All in all it was a good place to stay. The price is reasonable and the host responds quickly. She even gave us complimentary cheese bread from the famous local bakeshop. It was delicious. Thank you!

Asif and Mary's place is a great place to stay with the family. Everyone got to sleep on actual beds, everyone was comfortable. Free snacks left for us was a real treat! They were also very attentive, and they replied to all our questions and addressed all our concerns. The location is pretty good too, very near Korea Town where a host of dining options are available. Their place would be our first option when we head to Angeles again. Thanks Asif and Mary for being wonderful hosts.

the best accommodation

This apartment was a nice as the photos look. Very spacious and would easily accomodate a family or 2 couples without feeling cramped. Felt very secure with 24/7 guard at the front door which was important as I was a solo female traveller. Apartment is well equipped in the kitchen, but also the cafe, restaurant and 7/11 in the building took care of everything else. Hosts were great - even helping to address an issue with a neighbours air con unit that was excessively loud. Had a cleaner come in twice and they did a great job too.

Very responsive host. Loved our stay here. Highly recommended room for couples.

5/5 – Great stay, would come back! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Super accommodating host and the AC worked like a dream, which is a lifesaver in this heat. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the bed was surprisingly comfy. Only thing I’ll say, whoever picked the wall art might have been going through something. Abstract dolphin riding a motorcycle? Bold choice. Still, it gave us a good laugh and became kind of a running joke during our stay. Would absolutely book again. Thanks for a great experience!

Great place to stay, very comfortable bed and pillows. Close to all the attractions. Pool was under maintenance at the time but that is not fault of Mike. I would have preferred a later checkout than 11am as most people are going out until past midnight and a later checkout by a couple of hours would have been nice. However for a small fee I was allowed to stay for an extra 4 hours so thanks for that Mike and Team for that. I will be back :)

Feels like home! The place is so spacious, and very clean. Watching netflix with friends over delicious food makes our stay really worth it. Appreciate also the clean water supply and ice inside the fridge. Two bathrooms give us flexibility when it comes to preparation. My event is in Hilton, and it’s just right in front of our place. Very time-efficient! Thank you so much to our gracious host for the hospitality. Will definitely recommend!
