It is half of a duplex home located 1 block from the beach with many nearby restaurants and shops. It is just 1.5 miles from the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier, 2.5 miles from Port Canaveral and less than 20 miles from Kennedy Space Visitors complex.

We have 2 large king beds in the sweeping master bedrooms as well as a daybed and trundle in the large loft. There is a desk to use for work if you so choose, but we recommend soaking in a sunset on the dock, a stroll to the beach, or making a short 45 minute drive to Orlando.
