Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Cape Cod Bay

This place was exactly what I needed for my trip. Dianne was very responsive, met me at check in, and showed me around. The space is so much larger than it looks in the posting. It feels like a small apartment rather than a spare room. The area is quiet, and a short drive to stores and restaurants. I walked down to the beach, and it was also very peaceful. Please note that the walk to the beach is down a dirt road that cuts through some woods. I would recommend walking shoes and not flip flops. Overall, I loved my stay and highly recommend Dianne's place!

Mark and Bill's place was very nice and clean. The private beach was wonderful and quiet. Bed was a little stiff but that's the only not great thing about the place. Quick responses even though I booked completely last minute. Hope to stay here again but with the family!

We very much enjoyed staying at Carol's home. It was very cozy and clean, and she greeted us and even introduced her dogs and cat. It had everything we could ever need and it's in a prime location, we would highly recommend!

It was one of the best experiences I had with Airbnb, all thanks to Rebecca's kindness and predisposition. My husband and I were treated like kings. The house is beautiful, super cozy, with a great view and the neighborhood is very quiet. Perfect location to visit Newport (30 minutes by car). The breakfast prepared by Rebecca is great and her talks very interesting and enjoyable! She took the trouble to go and buy us delicious fresh strawberries. We will miss her! Hopefully we will be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Nancy’s place in Eastham, Cape Cod. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly cozy. Nancy was warm, welcoming, and full of helpful local tips that made exploring the area even better. Her communication was smooth throughout, and check-in/check-out was effortless. We also got to meet her sweet and playful dog, which added a personal touch. Breakfast was delicious, and the whole atmosphere of the house was calm, peaceful, and just what we needed. Highly recommend!

Lisa was a great host. The house was nice and we had a great time. Thank you Lisa for having us. We will come back for more visits in the future.

Spacious and clean - perfect size for our family of 6! Three big bathrooms and three large bedrooms. The space is on the second floor so we did have to carry luggage up the steps. The kitchen was minimally stocked but we were able to have instacart deliver groceries for us. Not sure if the tenants above were other guests or permanent residents but they did get a little loud in the evening. The home was a perfect distance from the Central T Station and ease of getting to and from Boston was perfect ! Neighborhood was very safe even walking late at night from the T. I would recommend screens in the upstairs windows as having a breeze at night was lovely. Also would recommend stocking wash cloths in the bathroom. All in all it was a great stay and only a few little tweaks of TLC can go a long way !

Absolutely loved my stay and the home was full of so much character and charm! Most of all, I enjoyed our chats. I hope to be back soon!

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at this Airbnb! The room was stylishly decorated, cozy, and very clean. The location was fantastic—close to the heart of Provincetown, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and beaches. One of the highlights was Luis, who went above and beyond to help me with off-site parking, making the entire process so smooth. I appreciated his quick responses and friendly assistance. The common areas were inviting, and the outdoor seating was a lovely spot to unwind. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

We were just in for a quick evening but everything was communicated very appropriately.

Robert's place was beautiful, on a private street with a lovely garden. We loved the suite style accommodations. Robert was very friendly and responsive in communicating with us! Highly recommend—we would love to stay with Robert again on a future trip to Dedham.

I enjoyed my stay at Natalie’s place. Not only is she a nice host, she is extremely responsive. The self check in made it easy to get in. I saw Natalie on my way out. She graciously offered me breakfast. Sadly I declined because I was in a rush to get to an appointment. I recommend her place!

Staying with Myra is like visiting a great old friend in an incredibly warm and pleasant home located in a terrific part of town. Loved my stay and would absolutely return…and probably will.

We had a wonderful stay in this little slice of heaven. The inn was so central to everything in Provincetown and was nestled on a quiet one way street. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was very clean and inviting and there was lovely outdoor space! We would rebook this in a heartbeat.

Had a great stay! Would 1,000% book again! Judi is good people! Super chill vibe! If I lived locally, I’d totally swoop her up for regular Sunday brunches and antique shopping! The pictures don’t do it justice- it’s MUCH larger (and nicer) than expected! Two suggestions - A table top dimmable makeup mirror to add to the already well stocked and awesome options. A keyless entry for the bottom door once a guest has exited the unit. …not a complaint, however it would take an “A” experience to an “A+”!!! Note: If you have mobility issues, the stairs are a bit steep, but my 78 year old mom handled them like a (retired) champ!! Overall, one of my best Airbnb experiences! 10/10!!

Sara was awesome! We will definitely stay here again if we were in the area. The place was clean and comfortable, and Sara was welcoming, communicative, and conversational while looking out for the comfort of us as guests. Just make sure you are respectful of the space as you are staying in a room in her home. Thanks so much Sara, it was so nice to meet you!

Our host was incredibly friendly. The communication for our late check in (after dark) was clear and easy to follow. The room was very clean. Enjoyed our stay and will consider this location again.

I had a great stay at Peter and Jean’s place. They are friendly hosts who respect your privacy, which made the experience feel relaxed and comfortable. The room was pleasant—bright with the shades up, and nicely dark when the shades were down to block out sunlight. The community is lovely and peaceful—perfect for a walk or just enjoying the calm atmosphere. Car parking was easy, which made coming and going stress-free. Jean was especially helpful and accommodating, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a peaceful and positive experience. I would recommend their place to others.

A beautiful craftsman style house near the center of Newton and a short drive to anywhere in the Boston area.

The place was cozy and comfortable. I slept soundly in the very “comfie” bed. I appreciated the ability to come and go as I pleased without any time restrictions as I was visiting family and would come in very late at night. Most of the weekend stay, I had the house to myself. Even when in the house with everyone present, I still felt free to move about the house and that really made a difference. The bathroom/restroom is small but fully equipped with everything I needed and the shower was perfect (water pressure, heat, etc). From the beginning and throughout the entire stay, Rob would say in his messages “welcome home” and truly, that’s what I felt for the entire trip and experience. I highly suggest staying here. They are the perfect hosts and have thought of everything to make someone feel like their space is your space. For that, I’m so grateful.
