We stayed here for a short trip through Maine — the listing was as described and Kimberly was friendly and easy to communicate with. We appreciated how well stocked the apartment was, including with a few snacks and drinks. Location was within walking distance to a couple of great bakeries (Tandem and Zu) and restaurants (Canteen Calafia). As a note, this apartment is located on the first floor of an older building, so you may hear footsteps from the upstairs tenants. This was not an issue for us, and there were earplugs available. The bathroom is rather small (as described in the listing), but my partner, who is larger, didn’t have any issues.

The unit was very clean but a bit smaller than I expected. We chose the location because my son lives in Pepperell Mill which is very nearby. It had all listed amenities. A large person may struggle with the small shower. For the size of the space, the owner did a good job with the furnishings and amenities

A perfect stay. The accommodation is superbly located and you can easily explore Portland on foot. There are many restaurants, etc. nearby, the selection is great. Sharon and Eric were perfect hosts and we felt completely comfortable. The accommodation is very clean and has everything you need. The private parking space is also a big plus. Thank you Sharon & Eric for a great stay and for making us feel at home. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront home with our extended family, including a total of 6 adults and 5 kids. We had two additional adults spend one night, there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a group of our size. The location is unbeatable, right on Drakes Island Beach, with incredible views and direct access to the sand. While we didn’t go in the water, we spent plenty of time relaxing on the beach, walking along the shore, and enjoying the peaceful setting. The home was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. The large deck and open living spaces gave us plenty of room to spend time together and unwind. This was a perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway, and we’d absolutely return again. Highly recommended!

This was our second year staying at Don’s and it was great as always! Beautiful space, clean, updated, and well stocked kitchen/linens. Location to the beach can’t be beat and all the beach things you’d need are available for use. Don and Sue are both wonderful and we look forward to future stays.

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

The condo was extremely clean and tidy. Location is perfect for shopping in Perkins Cove and walking the Marginal Way. Once again, another great visit!

Perfect location right in the middle of all the popular restaurants and shops. Very clean and more spacious than we expected. Complex was quite inside. We didn’t hear noise from the other condos. We were there on a Saturday night so we could hear some of the nearby bars and music but that was to be expected given the location.

Great stay

Beautiful, spacious and bright house, with everything you need to be comfortable and explore Portland. At one point we had a problem with the fire alarm and Allyson not only answered in minutes, but also told us how to fix the problem and left us extra batteries so it wouldn't happen again. Don't hesitate to stay at Allyson's, not only is it the ideal accommodation for a family, but Allyson was the best host. Thank you very much!

What a fantastic place to stay in Portland! Stephen's apartment is beautifully decorated, and is very well appointed. There was nothing that we needed while staying there! The apartment is so comfortable, was impeccably clean, and was the perfect home away from home. All the best restaurants, and some local favorites, are within walking distance. Lots of shopping and places to explore are also walkable. Stephen was an awesome host, he was very responsive, checked in to make sure we were happy and to see if we needed anything, and gave amazing recommendations for places to eat. We had such a wonderful time, and we look forward to coming back and staying here in the future. We highly recommend Stephen's place to stay!

We had a great stay at Tysons place. Its a perfect location, only like 5-10 minutes drive from Old Port. The home is clean and beautiful. Street parking was super easy. Always space right on the side of the home. Each room has its own A/C. Would definitely recommend staying at Tysons place!

Great location! This condo was so close to everything it made getting around without a car super easy! Laundry is a great perk for longer stays!
