A kitchen set provides extra seating or eating space perfect for hosting a home cooked meal prepared in your private kitchen. Unpack your suitcases into a spacious dresser or large closet to make your stay as simple as it is sunny. A set of soft sheets and cozy quilt in a king bed allow for a comfortable spot to lay your head when the day is done. Small, sweet & comfortable studio. Full size memory foam daybed & twin size memory foam trundle under daybed. Kitchenette area includes: apt size freezer/fridge, microwave, electric kettle, skillet, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, dishes (place setting for 4). Flat-screen TV on wall opposite bed. Beautifully redone bathroom w/ rainfall shower. Historic building w/ great ambience, only a block from beach/boardwalk. Closet w/ dresser inside & storage under window seat. A/C & ceiling fan.

The Chalfonte Hotel is such a cool place! If you’re intrigued with history and character, this is an experience for you. Only a 5 min walk from the beach and lots of great restaurants and things to do in the area. This was my first time in Cape May, it will certainly not be my last.

It is always a pleasure to stay in the beautiful Chalfonte Hotel! Charming historic Victorian surroundings and a beautiful relaxing veranda three blocks from Cape May's beaches. The front desk is always helpful and friendly, and the King Edward bar is always full of interesting conversations and delicious drinks. We have been coming to Cape May for 10 years and have stayed in the Chalfonte for three, I don't see myself staying anywhere else!

I enjoyed my stay in the little corner room at the Chalfonte. I loved reading and people-watching on the porch. It's a great location, just a few blocks from the beach and the main shopping area. I parked my car a few blocks away and rented a bicycle to get around town. The bathroom was a bit further down the hall than I expected, but it was always clean and available.

Meghan, my 2 friends (from grade school) and I enjoyed our 4 days in Avalon. Your location which is one block from the beach is very convenient. We also had no issues with parking. We appreciate your attention to detail and making your condo very comfortable for the 3 of us. The binder with all the pertinent information was very helpful and the checkin process was easy. Marion was very friendly, hospitable and helpful. My room was clean, neat and very cute. The air conditioning was great and the microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker were very clean.. Loved the ease of stores and restaurants within close proximity. Boardwalk was right there a block away so easy access to boards. Definitely will return.
