Sandy was so easy to communicate with. He was friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The house was stunning and you could see the ocean from the balcony and the most amazing sunsets. The spa was amazing and the house was warm, well set out and very clean. Highly recommend this property.

Swan Bay views was the perfect accommodation for our needs as a couple with a dog. It had everything we needed from a large secure backyard for the dog to a warm and cosy one bedroom apartment with high quality king size bed, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. We appreciated the extra touches on arrival with the lovely sourdough bread, lemon cake and home made jams, prewarmed rooms, instructions and local recommendations. It was a nice blend of B&B and AirBnB with the lovely provisions and well stocked kitchen and owners onsight but out of site. The location was a short walk to main street and a nice and quiet location with beautiful views of Swan bay to greet you each morning.

Great stay, place felt secure, warm, safe and peaceful - was near family and friends we were celebrating with. Super clean, beautiful presentation, would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Simon’s. It catered for the whole family with kids and dogs. Great location directly opposite the beach, undercover bbq area and kids playground. Big fenced backyard for the dogs and play equipment to entertain the kids. There’s a studio detached from the house which was perfect for a guest with sensory sensitives when peace and quiet was needed. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful day. It was very relaxing. The house was amazing very private and close to all amenities that we needed. Highly recommend this little Home away from home.

Carola’s place is in a private & quiet corner of the resort close to the pool. The unit is very clean and functional with all the necessities provided, including a bath (which wasn’t in the listing, so a welcome surprise for our toddler). The resort is quite fun for kids, with pools and games rooms and a kart track. A lovely place to stay- highly recommended.

We had a great two-night stay on Coolart Road! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Lovely peaceful spot and a great base for exploring the area. Would happily stay again!

Had a great stay at Michelle’s place. Would highly recommend! So close to the shops, and very short drive to beautiful Barron heads. We had four little kids with us and they spent 90% of their time out the back playing in all there was to offer.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The place is cozy and clean. Most importantly, the host is so nice, attentive and responsive!

Sam's place was really great! Easy to drive to the hot springs and offered a really comfy and cosy stay after a day of hiking! Place was really clean with lots of amenities.

This unit has everything you need, is in walking distance to Portsea and is dog friendly. We found David very responsive and flexible, allowing a later check out. The unit was exceptionally clean which we really appreciated and whilst the kitchen is small, is well equipped to prepare meals. Very relaxed stay and fully fenced for the dog, we would highly recommend the place.

Lizzie’s place is a great base for a family weekend on the Mornington Peninsula. The home was well equipped with everything we needed, in particular a wonderful kids room full of toys for our 4 y/o to enjoy. There is a fenced in yard, perfect for our pup to run around, and the log fire kept the home cosy over a very cold weekend. Lizzie was extremely flexible with checkin and checkout.

Sandy and Clive’s place was easy to find & access - a very welcoming, private, peaceful place. We loved having a place to charge our plug-in EV car too. We chose it because of its close proximity to the National Celtic Festival in Port Arlington, & it was at a decent price point for us! A very cosy, cute one room space - but with everything we needed. Including an ensuite with a great shower. Bed was very comfortable & we slept well! The aircon unit was also the heater - which was a bit noisy , so we didn’t run it at night. Perhaps a small radiator would be handy in winter? But there were plenty of blankets & an electric blanket to warm up the bed before we got in, which was lovely, we were snugly warm in bed. Kitchenette was cute too & there were a few porridge satchels for brekkie. We didn’t get to try the vibrosauna, but we’d book Sandy & Clive’s place again if we go to the festival next year & maybe we’d get to try the vibrosaun then! Thanks again. Perfect winter escape!

Lovely place to stay near the beautiful coast - Sam was very helpful and everything was as expected - great heater too - so snug and warm!

We had a great stay at this clean and spacious bungalow. The location was perfect, and the place had everything we needed. Even though it rained all weekend and we didn’t get to use the amazing amenities like the pool and tennis court, we’ll definitely be booking again in summer to enjoy them properly. The host was super responsive and helpful, thanks again!

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Kelli’s. Her home was immaculate with all the amenities to make our stay even more enjoyable. Kelli was extremely responsive and one of the nicest hosts we’ve ever dealt with. I’d thoroughly recommend staying here.

Frank was a great host & left simple checkin instructions. The house was as described & was excellent for a large group (16), with good indoor & outdoor entertainment areas. Slightly inconvenient having to provide your own linen given we were a large group - but this was outlined in the listing & Frank's reminder message. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay! The host was very nice and always responded quickly to any questions we had, which made everything smooth and easy. The location is great—it's within a kid-friendly hotel, and we were able to access the hotel facilities, which was a big plus for our family. Everyone enjoyed the stay, and we'd definitely come back again. Highly recommend!
