Loved staying at David’s place!! It was beautifully decorated and it’s clear they put a lot of effort and care into this place! They had amazing attention to detail, with everything you could need (down to forgotten hair ties and toothpastes) and the location was quiet but within walking distance to downtown. Would HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Very clean, beautiful place, the kitchen was big and had everything I needed. Very quiet & peaceful, the view from the balcony in the morning with the sunrise was stunning. The Host was very accommodating and responded quickly. I would recommend this place for sure and would come back to stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a spectacular week..the house, the location, touring and hiking the entire St.Johns area..all of it was top shelf. Stacey gave us great recommendations, attended to any of our needs. 5 + stars for Stacey!! The pictures and description on airbnb describe it well....but it far exceeded our expectations. it truly has a million dollar view and accessible trails out the back door. we even had "our' own resident iceberg floating in the back for the week we were there. We would def highly recommend for fellow adventurers. Newfoundland is simply magical.

Easy to find, this Airbnb wowed us upon entry. It matches its description as a luxurious boutique hotel! A huge room, you have lots of space overall. The closet itself is big, being a walk in. The bathroom is also large; with a bidet, a heated towel rack, and more, guests are spoiled! One note is that the windows face the street and with it, the Alt Hotel. However, there are both curtains and blinds allowing for privacy. We didn't use the common kitchen area so cannot comment on that. You only hear noise when others are in the hallway. Otherwise, we didn't hear our neighbours nor the restaurant downstairs (but also, we were on the third floor). This was a lovely place to stay, and we would return here if back in St. Johns!

We stayed for just one night, but this downtown spot was perfect for what we needed. It was easy to find, clean, and had all the essentials. The host was very responsive. The best part was definitely the location, just minutes away from all the action in downtown St. John’s. As expected for a downtown spot, there was some street noise from people passing by, but that comes with being in such a central area. Overall, a great place for a short stay if you want to be right in the heart of the city!
