Under 7km to the Peninsula Hot-springs/Alba The Coastal is offered without linen so guests have the option to supply their own and save. The booking does NOT INCLUDE LINEN or TOWELS. It can be supplied for: Queen $30 & Single $20 with towels. (We supply: doonas/pillows, toilet paper, soap etc) NO SCHOOLIES. No gatherings/unregistered guests.

Come in, pour something cold and make yourself at home. Tucked in the tea trees, this private cottage is 4 minutes to the beach, 7 minutes to the hot springs and close to wineries and restaurants. Outside, a spacious deck, BBQ and fully fenced yard, perfect for dogs. Inside, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, luxurious beds and a strong shower to rinse off the sand after a swim. There's aircon and a fan in each room for warm nights. Bright, relaxed and perfect for summer escapes.

Come and enjoy a beach stay, only 3-5min walk to the beach (250m) and close by to the Rosebud shopping town. Being very close to the main road, you’ll enjoy easy access to reach Rye and other neighbouring beach towns. The front beach is one of the best beaches for families and kids. Linens & towels are provided. Nespresso delonghi coffee machine available but pods not provided. It takes the original Nespresso pod or alike. Bookings are for guests over 25yrs old only. Strictly no schoolies.

Large modern double storey holiday home with four bedrooms all with queen size beds. Air-conditioning, central heating and a cosy gas log fire place is located just 50 metres from restaurants, shops and family beach. 10 minute drive to both Alba and Peninsula hot springs. Fully equipped kitchen and three bathrooms and toilets Park your car in the double garage, unpack your gear and walk to the local beach, restaurants, cafe's and shops. There is pedestrian crossing access to the beach.
