Most definitely worth the asking price. A spacious one storey house with a nice balcony. Well equipped kitchen. I don't know where they got the pillows from, but best nights' sleep I have had in a long time. Jeffrey was there to greet me when I arrived and was pleasantly welcoming.

Andi was an excellent host. Clear and objective communication, always available! In addition, the house is exactly as in the photos… Huge grounds, two super clean bathrooms, kitchen with utensils, the rooms were extremely fragrant, with clean bed and bath linens, and Andi even left some cookies for our check in! We really enjoyed this week at Peter's place. As a newcomer to the American continent, Peter helped us with all questions: airport transfer, car rental, money exchange, bus ticket, visit market, etc. The house is spacious , the bed has a good mattress, the air conditioning cools down quickly and the kitchen is well equipped. Great was the new grill on the large terrace, which we used a lot. Finally, the large pool in the middle of the bird-rich garden is even enchantingly lit in the evening.
