In the very center of Granada, in one of the most iconic buildings listed as historic, this penthouse with unbeatable views has a spacious and elegant space where you can relax after a busy day. Thanks to the central location of this home, you and yours will have everything at your fingertips. Heat/cold radiant flooring. Penthouse REALEJO located on the fourth floor. It boasts an amazing view of Granada and El Realejo. All windows and with the wooden ceiling abuhardillado, the light pours in, creating a unique space in which the feeling of peace is infinite. Very comfortable, it has a large living space with a dining area for six people. Fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric stove, toaster, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron and clothesline. A large glass-enclosed terrace with views of Granada and space to sit peacefully offers the guest a very pleasant lounge area separate from the living room. In this apartment we found two bedrooms. The main one features two large windows, one of which has wonderful views of the Realejo. One of the two bathrooms in the apartment is en suite in this bedroom, which also has a window with wonderful views. The king size bed is 180 x 200 meters with a premium mattress. The second bedroom is made up of two 90 x 200-meter beds. This space is an attic, with a nice window that will let beautiful light into the room. The second bathroom also abuhardillado, has a closet where we will find the washing machine, clothesline, ironing board, etc. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed of 140 x 200 meters, so the apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests. We offer the option to leave the sofa already mounted as a bed, although if our guest prefers to do it, it will not involve any effort for the ease of the sofa to get to bed. The air conditioning of this apartment is by aerothermal, including the terrace. Wi-Fi, access restricted by security code, and TV smar tv. 3 minutes from the apartment we have a covered parking lot. Trex parking, located in Plaza de los Campos. 8 minutes walk we have a surface parking. Ave María parking on Calle Molinos. One of the most characteristic places in Realejo is Campo del Príncipe, located 400 meters (5 minutes walk) from the apartments. It was built by the Catholic Kings to celebrate their son Juan's wedding. The main focus is located on the statue of the Christ of the Favors, installed in 1640. It tells the story that between the years 1679 and 1682, the entire province of Granada was whipped by the Bubonic plague. However El Realejo was the least affected neighborhood and people thought it was due to the fact that they were praying before this statue. A devotion grew so great that even Archbishop Fray Bernardo de los Ríos Guzmán stated that, to anyone who prayed to the Christ of the Favors a Prayer and an Ave Maria, I would give him 40 days of forgiveness. Today, every Friday Good multitude of people congregate around for 3pm in point to pray and ask for three wishes. At 160 meters (2 minutes walk) we find the Church of Santo Domingo, where the members of the Grenadian nobility were buried. You can't miss the Casa de los Tiros Museum either, 80 meters from the apartments (1 minute walk). It was built between 1530 and 1540 in the style of the Granada palaces of the time, and it gets its name from the cannons that appear between its battlements. It was part of the wall of the Alfareros neighborhood, hence its military fortress aspect. Iglesia de San Cecilio is 500 meters away (a 7-minute walk). Father Suarez's house (next to the Casa de los Tiros Museum). The Convento de las Descalzas is 250 meters away (a 3-minute walk), and the Church of San Matías is 240 meters away (a 3-minute walk). These are places where our guests will undoubtedly be able to enjoy their charms. Once inside, in the hallway, we see that it has been kept completely original: the entrance door, tiles, marble stairs... The only modification/improvement was the installation of an elevator. Our intention from the beginning was to continue, through the furniture and decor, with the idea of providing that personal touch. The one who only confers things when they are unique and self-crafted. We wanted it to be endearing, to transmit to our guests the illusion deposited in this project that was born out of nothing. So, we got down to business. We manufacture furniture, make textiles, decoration... In this images you can appreciate how in a few months everything was taking shape until reaching the apartments that are today.

The apartment is located on a fourth floor, in the middle area of the ski resort, in front of the first stop of the Telesilla Parador I ski lift and walking distance to the Maribel track. DO not RENT TO UNDER 30 YEARS OLD, except prior communication and acceptance with the owner. This cozy 45-square-meter unit has a south orientation and overlooking the ski slopes, which makes the apartment very bright. The unit is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay (Wi-Fi, washing machine, centralized and programmed heating, etc.). The entrance is private, using access codes. Bed linen, towels (2 per person), duvets and essentials are INCLUDED in the price. DESCRIPTION: -ENTRADA: A closet for jackets, ski area, 70 LITRE electric thermos, cleaning products, iron and an ironing board is located. -BATHROOM: It has a 90 cm shower, first aid kit, body wash, shampoo, hair dryer, washing machine, folding clotheslines and a cabinet for ski boots. - LIVING ROOM: It has a 3-meter window overlooking the ski slopes and faces south, so it is very sunny. It has a three-seater sofa, an armchair, a dining table with four chairs, a small table, Smart TV, games and books. - KITCHEN: it is integrated into the living room and has: tableware, kitchenware, induction hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, blender, filter coffee maker and basic items (coffee, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper, infusions, etc.). - BEDROOMS: The master bedroom has a 135 cm bed and the other bedroom has two 80 cm beds (folding bunk bed). Between both there is a hallway with a DRESSING ROOM for clothes, suitcases, a code safe that You can program and pillows of different hardness. - HEATING: it is centralized and programmed. Before you arrive, you will connect for greater comfort. There is a radiator in each bedroom (600w + 600w), in the bathroom (350w) and in the living room (1500w), which gives the apartment great warmth. -The apartment is rented in full, for the exclusive use of guests. - The Parador I chairlift stop is located in front of the building. At this same stop you can buy the pass or pick up the one you booked online. The Maribel track is located approximately 70 meters away. -In the same building on the third floor I have another apartment advertised on this website. -The ideal occupancy is 3 guests, but we allow a maximum of four at the same price (in that case, please let us know so we can prepare it for four guests). -We are registered as a VUT (Tourist Use Housing) with the Junta de Andalucía. Therefore, we are required to request a record of travelers, which is sent to the police website. - No PETS permitted. - No PARTIES or annoying noises are allowed for neighbors. - Failure to comply with these sections will be grounds for cancellation of the contract. - Please DO not SMOKE in the apartment or with the windows open, nor on the staircase of the building. If they smoke, the smell of tobacco remains in the house and we will need a special cleaning and airing the floor for hours, so we will lose heat in the house. If you smoke, we will notify AIRBNB so that it can take the appropriate measures and request compensation of €75 for the problems caused.

The apartment has centralized air conditioning (hot/cold), double glazing and underfloor heating. Free WI-FI Internet access. There is no direct access to the apartment by elevator. Entering the apartment on the right is the main terrace, with a private pool - which can be used throughout the year (not heated). The pool terrace is furnished with garden furniture: table, chairs, umbrella and 2 sunbeds - a perfect place for a good swim, sunbathing and enjoy the view.

This centrally located apartment is ideal for enjoying the city and its charm. Fully renovated 18th century luxury apartment, we want you to feel at home offering all luxury of details, three balconies overlooking the Carrera del Darro called the most beautiful and ancient street in Granada, it has a living-kitchen with sofa and two balconies. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary utensils to have a perfect stay, in it we can find the necessary condiments for cooking. The practical and spacious master bedroom with a 140 x 200 double bed and a balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a raining effect shower set, with dry radiator and with everything needed to make an ideal stay. The common areas in the building are the stairs up to the first floor, where you can access the apartment. We have a sofa bed measures 140 x 200, in case any guest is not a couple or family and they want to sleep in independent beds, they have to warn them to prepare the sofa bed clothes with an additional price of €15. If you do not notify and you are already staying and want to use the sofa bed, you will have an extra supplement of 22€ since you have to move to the apartment, total €37.
