Your private patio offers a new beachcomber hot tub (4 person), propane firepit, BBQ and eating area overlooking the forest. You are 5 mins from the lake and several hiking trails. We are located 5 minutes from the trans Canada highway and between Shawnigan Lake school and Brentwood College.

This self-contained guest house on sunny Galiano Island is the perfect oceanside getaway! This property boasts 1000+ feet of low-bank private waterfront. The sandstone rock beach is perfect for summer swimming or spring/fall storm watching. Daily sightings of seals, sea lions, eagles, all manner of birds and whales pass by this beach. The house looks over a sprawling lawn and over the water, with views of Vancouver. This newly-renovated one bedroom cottage has a queen bed and brand new bathroom.

With trails nearby, and some even attached, yet still close to all amenities in Cowichan and Langford, we like to think we have it all here! A quiet rural setting, but close to everything you need: biking trails, kayaking, paddle-boarding, wineries, golf, tennis, and of course...restaurants and shops. Also close to Shawnigan Lake School, Brentwood College and St. John's Academy. Extensive back lawn area for badminton, bocce ball or croquet...or just hanging out. One queen bed, but also a very comfy leather couch that can be used for a third person, best suited for a teen or adult. The suite is not setup for small children.

Swell Shack Off-Grid Tiny Cabin w/ Sauna For Rent

This rustic off-grid micro cabin is 106 sq. ft. but feels much bigger, nicely nestled away in the mossy forest. Sleeps two in a queen bed in the loft. Minutes from surfing and hiking trails, you’re in the right place for epic adventures. We built our cabin using mainly reclaimed materials. We wanted to build a place that had minimal impact on the environment. It has on demand hot water, rainwater catchment, and solar powered electricity. We also have a beautiful sauna available to rent.
