Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Capitole de Toulouse

More than pleasant house, very beautiful, super well suited for families especially for children (toys, rooms...). Great setting with a very large swimming pool. Large living room with a great kitchen and video projector for a movie night. Gas BBQ grill available on a large terrace. Everything was perfect we had a just perfect stay and so did our kids.

Fantastic place to stay, it had everything you'd want and more to enjoy a holiday with friends or family. Hervé and his colleague were helpful and available/responsive before and during our stay. It was an easy bus route into the city or 11€ in an Uber. If we ever visit Toulouse again, we'd definitely stay here!

We had a very good long weekend in this pleasant house with a very nice view and a nice pool. Fanny is charming and welcomed us very well.

There were 14 of us, 5 children, and we had a wonderful family time. I confirm that David is a great Host (welcome, exit, fluidity and friendliness of exchanges). The house is very well equipped and the outdoor space is a real asset (large, beautiful, practical, nice pool). Thanks again, David!

Brilliant stay at Cathy’s house. It was an excellent place to spend a holiday, and she was an excellent host. I would fully recommend staying there to anyone wanting to visit Toulouse.

The stay went very well. Luzmila was very responsive to have some additional information and available. The space is as described, it's a real haven of peace. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful suite, we had a great evening and night there. The suite is clean, tastefully decorate. The plus, the set of dimmed LEDs that puts us in the mood as soon as we walk through the door. And what about the hot tub which is spacious and so nice. We'll be there again. Thanks Diana and Adrien.

Good spot for a few days. Close to the center and along the way of a kind of "commercial street", so lots of restaurants and other services within a short walk. The apartment is nicely renovated, although it is in an old building. Which comes with some aspects to be aware of, like 2 flights of a bit wonky stairs and the fact that the toilet is in completely different part of the flat than the rest of the bathroom. On a positive side, due to them old thick walls, it was very quiet. No noise from the streets or neighbours that could be heard inside. Not big deals for me, overall I enjoyed my stay.

We had a very pleasant time with my partner, the place and the amenities transport you directly into a romantic atmosphere. We found the bedding a little "soft" but it's a purely subjective opinion (I'm a 100kg bodybuilder ^^). Christine met us on arrival and explained all about the apartment. It was perfectly positioned for cafes, restaurants, tour pickups and supermarket. Very spacious and Christine answered quickly any questions we had. Fantastic all round experience.

We enjoyed the apartment as it provided all the essentials necessary for a comfortable stay. The decorations are bright and colorful which adds a spark to the apartment. The kitchen has all the tools necessary to prepare all types of culinary experiences. There were numerous electrical appliances available that we do not use during our 12 day stay. The location provides a short walk to the Capitol area and multiple restaurants, stores and markets. A 15 minute walk takes you to almost any of the churches and historical sites within the old city. Having electronic controlled entrance, elevator that needs a fob to operate, we felt secure during our stay. The owners were accessible and easy to contact.

We really enjoyed our stay at Yuliia's place. The house is superb, very well equipped and spacious, a cinema room at the top 🥰 and the pool very nice when it's hot. Shops nearby, close to the ring road and Toulouse city center. Very good communication. We'd love to come back😊.

We had a great weekend at this place. This house is clean and very spacious with plenty of room. We were very well hosted. The grounds and the pool are very well maintained. We are very satisfied with this trip. I would this property.

We spent 10 very nice days in Marc's beautiful and large house which is conducive to rest. Marc and Reine-Marie are welcoming and responsive hosts. I recommend it for relaxing in the Toulouse area!

We had a very peaceful and relaxing time at the house. The beatiful outside area and pool were a highlight. We also enjoyed the cinema room. The air conditioning was very welcome as it was so hot. It is a very quiet village and amenities are a short drive away. We were really impressed with how responsive the host was.

We were a group of 6 adults and 5 children of varying ages and this place was great for all of us. The hosts were lovely and very responsive. They kindly let our kids play with their kids toys and games. There were loads of floating animals and lilos to have fun on in the pool, and the outdoor kitchen was just fab. Not too far to drive to Toulouse and we even made a trip to Carcassonne. Fabulous place for a family and friends holiday :)

We spent a week as a group of four attending a professional event at the MEET Exhibition Center. The house was fantastic—comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Since public transport to the exhibition hall isn’t ideal, we chose to commute by Uber or taxi each day, which worked well for us. Arnaud is a fantastic host—responsive, flexible, and very accommodating. We truly appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out process, and we’d be happy to return anytime. Thank you again for everything!
