The property is 200 meters from the Furnas Lake (3-minute walk), where there is a boarding point for speedboat tours, and 4x4s depart from the building itself. You can leave your vehicle at the property, which is monitored by security cameras. The Residencial has an exclusive swimming pool that serves only the 6 apartments in the complex, all of which are summer apartments.
