Amazing dreamy nest view one minute from the sea

This is my home, I am a designer artist and travel a lot, the apartment is overlooking the sea twenty meters, the balcony is my favorite place, with a sofa and a table with chairs to eat comfortably, the living room is a unique environment with a kitchen table and sofa overlooking the sea, the room has a queen-sized bed, bedside tables and independent lights and sockets. The bathroom is elegant and practical with a shower and washing machine. It's like we're on a boat. There will be many of my things, take care of them.

We felt very comfortable in the Sanremo Cottage. It is a cozy and clean accommodation. Our daughter particularly liked the small children's swing in the garden...Fabio and William are very friendly and always responded quickly. They were always available for tips and excursion ideas and we were very happy about the coffee capsules and the jam to welcome us. We can only recommend the accommodation and host.

Great stay here, check in was really easy. Kevin welcomed us to the apartment showed us where everything was which was really helpful. Contacted us day after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Kevin was really responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and peaceful. Huge bonus was the location to the beach, restaurants and a great supermarket. The apartment is in an ideal location to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Monaco. Underground Garage makes parking easy and the infinity pool with a view across to Nice was really lovely, again spotlessly clean with sunbeds. Well maintained communal areas and pretty gardens. Will definitely stay here again when visiting France and would 100% recommend to others 😊

Top accommodation + great hostess Must Dos: - Everything was very clean, so you feel very comfortable. - The apartment is located directly (50m walk) by the sea (private beach + nice café). - Communication with Isabella was simple, clear and friendly. Another thing: - The apartment looks a bit small at first glance, but due to the organization you have everything (we were there with our baby and the apartment was sufficient for a few days of vacation). We would book the apartment again for a new Sanremo trip.

We loved Florian's house and were sad to leave it! The location is unique because it is immersed in nature. The sea view is magnificent, but there is also the mountain rock and the many trees with all the birdsongs that make you feel out of time, or rather in an older time, with the sound of bells in the distance. The house is very contemporary and very comfortable. Everything is perfectly arranged and equipped. Every part of the house is pleasant both outside and inside. Florian was very friendly and concerned with making sure we had everything we needed. Really very relaxing and exotic stay!

The view alone makes this place worth it. It will take your breath away. The unit has everything one would need to make a small breakfast or small meal and coffee on the terrace was spectacular. It was clean upon arrival. Location was great as we used it as a hub to get to the F1 events. While I researched Menton I didn’t know it was just a short walk away. It is such a beautiful quaint city we loved it. Don’t forget the old town of Roquebrune it was my favorite. We would consider coming back to this apartment.

Everything was great! The apartment is as in the photo. Very clean, there are towels and coffee, free😊 parking near the house. The store is 15-20 minutes' walk. The center of San Remo is 20 minutes away by car.
