The house has recently undergone a renovation with painting and is in great condition.

Cozinha com utensílios para cozinhar. Quarto 1: cama box casal com pilowtop. Quarto-sala: cama de casal (colchão Herval), uma rede, sofá-cama e um colchão de solteiro. O banheiro fica no quarto-sala. Não tem ar-condicionado, mas tem dois ventiladores. A casa está atualmente em reforma até final de Abril/2026.
