Cosimo and his mother Francesca were so lovely to deal with. There were a lot of personal touches which really made the stay, such as homemade biscotti, homemade jam and bicycles that we could use. They were more than helpful with their recommendations for places to eat and the apartment itself was beautiful. The only thing we weren’t keen on was walking back at night. There were a lot of men loitering outside the nearby shops. But other than that we enjoyed our stay.

It was such a beautiful stay! Irma was incredibly helpful and flexible with our check in. The view from the patio is the best:)

Alessandro’s place is the real deal—a true penthouse! In the U.S., “penthouse” sometimes just means top floor, but here it means an apartment with two massive sliding glass doors that open onto a spacious private terrace. We spent afternoons soaking up the sun and evenings relaxing outside after dinner as Florence cooled down—it was perfect. The location is also super convenient, right next to a tram stop that's only three stops from the city center. We had a wonderful time in Florence and would absolutely stay here again!

Great for those who wish to explore unexplored italy while being closer to pisa/florence

This beautiful apartment was easy to find, in the middle of the old town, everything within walking distance. Giulia has always responded quickly and attentively and helped. We felt very comfortable!

Wow! what a beautiful apartment and location. Federica was amazing with communication and she had thought of every amenity in the apartment. The apartment is in close proximity to the station, market & Duomo and if you need something to eat, just step right outside your door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again..the apartment is on the 3rd level with no lift, so it can be a bit tricky, but still manageable. Loved, loved, lovee it.

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Lucrezia is a great and accommodating host. Particularly noteworthy is the terrace and the garden of the property.

A wonderful peaceful place in Tuscany. Spent most of our evenings out on the balcony, admiring the beautiful view. Home was well appointed and comfortable inside, and the host was very responsive to any questions or issues. Radda was also lovely, with good food, wine and a local tap room with interesting options! Would strongly recommend a stay here.

Barbara and Cristiano and their son were very friendly, attentive and helpful hosts. Their house is a haven of peace in the middle of a beautiful nature, a relaxing and beneficial calm. It's a pleasure to return there after a day of sightseeing. Thank you for your help with the path, the luggage and your kindness!

Valeria and Simone have a super nice and clean apartment! We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The apartment offers a great starting point for numerous hikes and excursions. During our stay, we always received good tips and advice from the two. Our dog also felt very comfortable and since the property is completely fenced, he could move freely. We would come back. It was an incredibly beautiful time!

We loved our stay in Pietro’s beautiful, unique and historical place. The house is charming, well-equipped and spacious, the scenery and view are stunning, and the peace of the mountains is soothing. The drive up the mountains is an experience too! Communication with Pietro was easy, fast and kind.

We felt comfortable in the apartment right from the start. There was a lot of space and everything was spotless. From Monto Baducco, excursions to Bologna, Florence, Pisa, etc. were very possible. We can recommend this property with a clear conscience. Many thanks to the landlord.

Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

It was the nicest room I've ever stayed in on a trip!! I want to come back to Florence just to stay in this room again!! Traveling is tiring, but I was glad to have a place to relax, and there are supermarkets nearby, so I recommend eating at home!

Luca and Lorenzo are friendly hosts. We were melting from the sweltering heat and they kindly allowed us to early check-in, immediately after the place has been cleaned. We had a lovely stay at Federico’s apartment. It was larger than the pictures, and we felt so comfortable in the apartment. It had everything needed for a family, a large living room, utensils to cook meals at home, and the neighborhood is very safe. You can walk about 15-20 minutes to the city center, or easily call a taxi. Thank you Federico for letting us stay at your beautiful apartment!

Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

Francesca is a present and delicious guest as well as her apartment: fresh flowers upon our arrival, small attention and great availability. In short, everything is perfect for those who want to get away and immerse themselves in nature!
