We had a wonderful holiday and are very grateful to Flavia for being responsive and accommodating. And massive thanks to Giuseppe who helped us so much throughout the week, from greeting us on arrival and providing advice and suggestions, and saying farewell when we left. The house was beautifully presented with great attention to detail: comfortable, equipped with what we needed, tidy and clean. The gardens were gorgeous, lots of flowers when we visited in late May, and the trees around the perimeter create a sense of seclusion and tranquility, and yet you can see Trevi up on the hill and are in a great location for getting to shops, train station, roads etc. I've never seen so many different species of bird in one garden, it was wonderful! I would be delighted to have the chance to go back and would happily recommend this lovely house to my friends and family. We really felt able to relax and didn't want to leave! Grazie mille, again.

Monica is one of the most helpful and friendly hosts you will ever find. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was spotless and Monica has thought if everything a guest may need.

One of my best AirBNB experiences, I slept really well in this lovely apartment. The exterior of the building was quaint and had character but the insides were modern, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Fontecchio is a small but really charming little village and a great base to explore this corner of Abruzzo. The only thing is that public transport is extremely limited in this kind of rural area so you will have to rent a car if you are thinking of staying in Fontecchio. But otherwise, I rarely give out such great reviews on AirBNB - this is definitely an excellent choice, I truly recommend this place based on my great experience. Every time we encountered a minor issue, Fabrizio and Todd looked into it and took care of it at once, you can't ask for more. Thanks so much for a great holiday.

Rina and her family could not have been any more welcoming and helpful. We stayed for a wedding which was at the castello di montignano and when we had an issue with the transport on one of the days they kindly offered to take us. There is lots of space and the scenery is out of this world. Massa mattana is approx a 30 minute walk. If wanting to explore further afield a car is needed although there are bikes available too. If heading for the castello you will need transport in advance. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return in the future.

We had the most beautiful stay in Umbria! The location is perfectly remote and peaceful, yet just a short drive to town, an ideal balance. The home itself is stunning, with thoughtfully curated furnishings that make the space feel warm and inviting. Everything was spotless and well cared for. The gardens and landscaping are truly breathtaking: lush, serene, and clearly tended with love. We especially enjoyed the presence of the sweet farm animals and friendly dogs, which added so much charm and joy to our stay. Livia is a wonderful host. She was generous, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She offered great local tips and guidance, and even shared some of her delicious olive oil with us. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. We would love to come back and experience each of the rooms... it's the kind of place you never want to leave. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic Umbrian escape!

We felt so comfortable! Every smallest detail was considered. If I could, I would give 10 out of 5 stars. The view over the valley was breathtaking and the accommodation looked even better than in the pictures. Thank you! We will be back!

Very kind hosts, Eleonora's parents waited for us to accompany us to the house until 9.30 pm, as we had a breakdown in our car on the way. The cottage is very cute, equipped with everything. A nice bathroom with a comfortable shower, lots of windows, air conditioning (we didn't need it, in the evening we put on a sweatshirt). So much nature around, butterflies, fireflies, and one evening we caught a glimpse of a doe. You can reach places to visit in a more than reasonable time. I recommend the wonderful Campo Imperatore plateau, which will leave you breathless. In the village, supermarkets and everything you need, including excellent restaurants. One evening, upon our return, we found delicious fruit from their trees and typical sweets on the outdoor table. A very kind and much appreciated thought. Communication with Eleonora was excellent, she responded almost in real time. When we return to Abruzzo, we will choose Casa Cinill again. Thank you so much
