Wow! Great place! Amazing view of the ocean! Highly recommend!

Dani's place is so beautiful and peaceful. It's private and quiet, yet within just a few minutes' drive there is access to the beach, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and cafes. She has very carefully created a sanctuary with attention to detail and all the amenities anyone could need; and she really goes out of her way to make one's stay so comfortable and memorable. What a gift to have been able to stay here!

Great location with beautiful sunset view from the pool area. Kathie had a ton of recommendations for dining and activities and was very friendly.

I enjoyed my stay in Kona. This place was exactly as advertised and looked just like the pictures. Thomas was super proactive and responsive to all of my needs. Check in was easy and clear instruction for check in and check out were provided. Amenities included a wide selection of beach items which was fantastic. Location was wonderful with walkable access to several popular but never crowded beaches. Private parking was a plus. I recommend.

Really liked this place. easy walk on alii drive to restaurants and local spots. 2-3 local beaches nearby. pool and the black rocks behind it with the ocean view was beautiful at sunset. Exactly what was expected! Safe area. Loved the extra touches like the macadamia nut pancake mix :)

Great place and area! So much to do around, we didn’t even get a rental car and it worked out perfectly fine. The condo was clean, nice, and just like the pictures. Great communication as well.

Gorgeous property and cute place to stay! This is our second stay at Adam’s place…. Adam is very good with communication and went above and beyond with accommodating was with a special request that was not listed on the accommodations list. We always enjoy our stay at Adam’s place! Definitely our favorite place to stay! Thanks again Adam 🏝️

Wendell and Teresa welcomed us to their home. Not only was everything as promised, but the place included many extras, making our stay pleasant and stress-free. We are very grateful for their warm welcome and excellent communication, as well as the many small things that made our stay memorable, like freshly baked bread and the occasional visits of their friendly pup, which was truly a highlight of our days.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Justin‘s place. It is very spacious and we were a family of five. My mom, my husband and my two daughters. The kitchen was fully stacked, and the mattresses were super comfortable. The snorkeling gear was a little old so we ended up buying our own gear. The area was great. Very close to a swimming beach and a beach for snorkeling. Justin was very responsive. Always replied right away and very helpful. We hope to come back someday soon!

This is perfect location if you want to visit Kona and Hilo. The farm is so beautiful and peaceful. The house has everything you need in case you forget something at home. The host is super friendly and a great baker.

We had an amazing time at Joe and Anna’s place! The location was ideal, tucked in a quiet area but still close to shops, restaurants, and everything we needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything you’d want in an Airbnb. The kitchen had all the utensils and essentials for easy cooking, and the pool was perfect for our kids, especially with the fun pool toys that were already there. Joe and Anna were incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to answer any questions. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. It really felt like a home away from home, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

Peter and Lori are friendly and welcoming and their property is truly lovely -- it is evident that a lot of care, effort and thought goes into to maintaining it. The cottage makes a perfect home base for exploring the area. It is also so pretty and comfortable that you just might want to pick up a pizza, watch some Jeopardy and dream about what it would be like if every Friday evening was that perfect :) Thank you so much Peter & Lori!

Perfect home within walking distance to the beach. The lanai was a perfect hang out spot and we loved the extra provided nature gear and anything else you could possibly need for a day in the sun. Due to unexpected circumstance, which was not of any inconvenience to us, the host offered to extend our check out time on our last day free of cost, which was AWESOME as we had evening flights so extra time to relax and enjoy the island with a home base was BEYOND appreciated. Hosts communicated well and were very friendly. Whenever we return to Big Island, we hope to stay here again!

We can’t say enough about this dreamy stay! Such a perfect fit for our honeymoon on the big island! Jane was so sweet and helpful! Spending our mornings relaxing on the lanai and taking in the scenery was one of our favorite parts of the trip! We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else on a return trip to Kona!

Our family loved the house. There was plenty of space for everyone and the set up was perfect for our needs. We especially loved sitting on the lanai in the mornings and evenings, and falling asleep to the sound of the tree frogs. The location was a further from the ocean than we realized, but we enjoyed the lushness of the hilly terrain and would stay there again. Susan and Iris were very responsive when we reported a few minor appliance issues and it didn't impact our overall experience.

We stayed at Susan‘s home the first week of June and really enjoyed it. She has everything you could possibly need as far as beach toys, umbrella, and a cooler. The bathrooms all had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and the kitchen was fully equipped, which was really nice. We even ended up using the grill outside. We had enough towels, and the house was clean. Overall, we had no complaints and would definitely come back.

Wendy’s place was amazing for us. We loved watching the surfers in the morning while we drank our coffee. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great! One day we took an uber to the beach and used the chairs and umbrella. They were great! My husband is a larger man and fit nicely in their beach chairs. Another thing to note is there location. It’s walkable to town but down the road so you get that peace and quiet. We had an amazing time and would recommend staying here!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay! The location couldn’t have been more perfect. It had a great view of the ocean, sunset, walking distance to a ton of restaurants, coffee shops and along the beautiful coastal strip. We felt right at home and it was a great place to experience The Big Island 🏝️ Mahalo!

Excellent location for all you may want to do in Kona. Beautiful view of ocean. All the amenities made our stay extra special. Davide has thought of everything. Sand toys, snorkels, cooler, telescope for dolphin watching, he has it all. The Green Flash Coffee right next store was super convenient to go to for breakfast every morning and was delicious. Would stay again.

Our stay here was perfect. Location was amazing right by the beach at a peaceful community, great for viewing sunrise/sunset. The place was just as pictured, very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Amy's place was just the perfect condo for us. It had a great unobstructed view the ocean. and the sounds of the ocean along with the evening breeze wafting through the unit at night was heavenly. Having breakfast on the lanai was a treat each morning of our stay. Very private end unit on the second floor assured privacy with no one being able to look in or walk by. Quiet and away from the bustle of the tourist district. (except for one noisy Coqui frog in the bushes nearby). I chased it away enough to get it to stop for the evenings. A nearby market and Ali'i Gardens Marketplace with cool friendly people (plus great fish tacos!) is just a short walk away. Amy was attentive and provided good tips for our visit which was a great help. Will definitely visit again!

Great value for money Perfect location walkable and overlooking the ocean Marie is very kind and checks in all the time. Very convenient and max value - only thing I would say is couch is not as comfortable to sleep on but again can’t beat the value for money

We read reviews about bugs and a bad smell, however we had no issues with either. Place felt very clean and smelled great, has all the amenities and appliances that we needed. Even had a boogie board in the closet that we could use which was fun! Overall great place, right by tons of restaurants and stores as well as the shoreline.
