This AirBnB & Boca Club where it was located was a little slice of paradise. It was even more prettier in person. Very private and safe as well. The House, Clubhouse, and pool were top notch and service was impeccable. D&D both gave great recommendations and truly cared about us enjoying our stay. We cannot wait to make this a tradition and visit annually. Cannot say enough good things about this property!

Wonderful place close to the beach. We had everything we needed! Remodeling being done on neighbors house but no one was there when we were there so it was ok. I’m the future, swimming pool will be back to back with neighbor and not so private. Hoping they can put something in between for more privacy down the road. Otherwise, we truly could not ask for more in a house and for location. Absolutely amazing spot!! Host is super responsive to your needs. We needed a pump for floaties and it was there within an hour!

I’m so glad that several other properties failed to respond to a boat question we had, which led me to finding Villa Agua Vista. Tonya responded to all my questions quickly or would always get back to me when she didn’t have an immediate answer. From start to finish Tonya was super easy to work with. Always helpful and very quick to respond. Definitely delightful and personable - a super host for sure! The property and its amenities were amazing. We used the kayaks a couple times and some of the fishing gear came in handy. The spa and pool were rarely lonely. We decided to replace our usual spring break on the sand with some place to moor a boat and it was great. The house was top notch, all the basic simple things were waiting for us. If you want to find something to complain about, I seriously doubt you can or would. The photos don’t do the home justice but they also don’t lie. So don’t over think it and just book with Tonya.

We had an amazing stay! The property is just a short drive from the beach and located on a quiet, safe street. Andrew was a fantastic host, super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The home was spotless and clearly well maintained. The highlight was definitely the beautiful pool and hot tub area, it truly felt like our own private resort oasis. We felt relaxed and right at home the entire time. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, beachside getaway!

This house was beautiful. The layout for 4 different families coming together for a weekend celebration of life couldn't have been better. From the large foyer, to the tv room for the kids, the grand kitchen/living/dining and the interior designed rooms-it was all perfect. We are already planning a trip back! Thank you for a great stay where our family could gather during this tough time!

Excellent stay! Was everything we needed. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Loved the openness of the inside. Perfect pool. Was able to swim night day & night. Patio was great to sit out in any time of the day or night. Outside patio fans were great. Matthew was helpful & kind. Beds were comfortable. Neighbor was peaceful. Perfect birthday, retirement & anniversary stay for our adult family. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Matthew!

This wonderful beach house comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a place to unwind, relax, and disconnect from everyday life. It offers a peaceful atmosphere that is truly refreshing. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are plenty of towels, linens, and pillows available. The furniture is incredibly comfortable. The neighbors are friendly and very helpful, making the experience even better. This place is truly a gem.

It is difficult to write a review of the stay at Coco-hut, given the very, very unique nature of this property. We were there to celebrate our 25th Anniversary and it was a perfect place to be in nature and away from others for the four days we were there. The house was very nice and comfortable and the beach & hot tub were perfect. The sunsets were (as advertised) amazing. In short, we had no complaints about the house or the area. The only complaint my wife and I had was that the owner, Ray, after booking sent over an email with 5 PDF attachments. 3 were helpful details on the visit and welcomes. One was a rather threatening 17-page PDF on all the things that you can be "charged" for if you do not do correctly. The last was a 5-page legal rental agreement that he required signature in advance on. During visit, we had some minor issues and Ray was very condescending to us. The Lemonheads had a great song that we kept thinking of during our stay, "It's a shame about Ray." ;-(

Our stay here was perfection! From the immaculate home & beautiful furnishings, it had absolutely everything we needed. It was spotless & it was evident the owners didn’t spare a dime with the decor. Amy was quick to respond any time we reached out. It was so peaceful & just what we were looking forward to. Well kept, very clean home in a quiet neighborhood with accurate pictures. It has a lovely kitchen, a clean laundry room, very comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and a really nice outdoor patio/lanai area with fun, multi-colored lighting around the pool for nighttime swimming. Check in and out was a breeze. The host promptly answered a question we had about the pool during our stay. The rental is located in a good location with a Publix and Walgreens only five minutes away. We also enjoyed the marina down the road which is open to the public (they have a coffee shop there we loved and enjoyed outdoor seating over drinks and brunch). The pool area, use of the kayaks, and beautiful sunsets were the highlights of our stay.

What a perfect week! Only a few steps to the beach on fine white sand. The Lemon Drop has been updated and accommodated us perfectly. We look forward to another stay!

Great location close to both beaches; sunrise and sunset. Screened in porch although during mid March didn’t need to worry about bugs. Golf cart worked great, large washer and dryer, nice size kitchen, large dining table, and fully stocked w/spices and cooking supplies, also had a small dog and large dog raised feeder, the RO water dispenser was super nice to use and not have to rely on so many wasteful disposable water bottles! The weather was so nice our last couple days we were able to open windows and get a nice cross breeze. Raj and Jacki were super helpful and responsive when we had a small issue with the DW but had a maintenance guy on it same day, that speaks volumes compared to a family we spoke with on the ferry who had an unresponsive management company run home who didn’t get this level of service. Will be back again for sure!

John is very easy to talk with. Gets right back with you. The home is very nice and the island is beautiful. Caught a few trout and snook from the beach. Highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing stay at this Captiva getaway! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location couldn’t have been better...just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy all that Captiva has to offer. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Upon arrival in Sanibel, we found the property immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy. Our stay at Ricardo’s place was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Everything exceeded our expectations. Communication with Ricardo was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. We enjoyed exploring the area and discovered plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We highly recommend Ricardo and his property. We actually own a condo on Sanibel so I feel we are fair "judges" and I must say that everything about this rental was absolutely fantastic. I must emphasize the word everything. Needless to say the property is beautiful, and everything you could ask for is is provided. As a host Sanjeev is wonderful. He is easy to communicate with, answers any questions you might have and so accommodating. Each and every photo of this beautiful property is exactly what you will see when you arrive.

North Captiva will not disappoint! Windows on the water is out of this world. Great family vacation with plenty to do. All the logistics were easy to navigate. We will be back! The island club with mango’s is a great addition. Need to add a golf cart to the property though. This will meet your expectations!

The host is fantastic, very responsive and very helpful. The place was very nice, clean and equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs and floaties. It was walking distance to the beach. We will definitely be going back.

The Sandy Banana is a secluded paradise within a lush tropical vegetation - no neighbour in sight or earshot, but at the same time only steps from a pristine and gorgeous beach with very few people on it! The house is very spacious with many places to come together: indoor as well as outdoor dining, lounging in a living room, a loft lounge, on two terraces as well as in hammocks or on benches by the barbecue. It has lots of beach and watersports equipment, bikes and many boardgames! The kitchen is also super well equipped!

Amazing Stay at Blue Laguna – A Perfect Family Getaway. Communication with Solveigh was top-notch from the moment we booked through the end of our stay. She was responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless. Kale, the property manager, was absolutely fantastic—personable, attentive, and went above and beyond to assist us, even helping us to and from the ferry. He stayed in touch throughout our visit to make sure we had everything we needed. The house itself was stunning—beautifully maintained and fully stocked with everything our family could need, including a few things we’d forgotten. We cooked most of our meals at home and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, the water pressure in the showers was excellent, and everything felt clean and cozy. We especially loved starting and ending our days on the screened-in porch—just relaxing, reading, and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Our only complaints? Five nights just wasn’t long enough!!!
