Exceptional apartment located near the airport, shopping area, near main roads, with transport routes to tourist places; next to the San Pedro Plaza and San Juan Plaza shopping mall. Modern and comfortable apartment just 5 minutes from Neiva airport, 4 minutes from major shopping centers such as San Pedro and San Juan. Condominium Club House with all amenities, swimming pools, tennis courts, soccer, basketball and squash, BBQ area. It has wet areas and a gym. 24 hour security. The apartment has 2 air conditioners, 1 in the common living-dining area and another in the main room, the rest have fans. It's the 12th floor so it's usually cool.

Beautiful and very cool apartment located very close to 3 shopping centers with supermarkets, cinemas and pubs (San Pedro, San Juan and Unico). You can relax in the pool (weekends and you must bring swimming caps). Netflix access on TVs. Our privileged location will allow you to easily reach the exits to the Desert and the Betania Dam. Nice view of the mountains. We have parking.

A perfect stay. The host was always attentive and decisive, from the reservation to the end. The apartment is just like the photos: new, comfortable, with AA in all areas (bedrooms and living room) and comfortable beds. The location is unbeatable, next to the best shopping mall, and the view from the pool on the terrace is spectacular. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay! We had chosen another Airbnb and when we arrived in the neighborhood we felt very unsafe and decided to look for another place at 11pm. Regardless of the time, Maria attended to us immediately and helped us stay in her beautiful apartment. Everything was super clean, the place is very spacious, the AC works perfectly and it is right next to a shopping center with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

accessible place, 5 minutes from mall san pedro plaza walking. calififico with 5 stars xq are few lodgings in Neiva that offer air conditioning even in the tv room. you won't have any trouble communicating with the owner, she is always attentive!
