nice and quiet place, super safe, you can disconnect, there is no signal but it has wifi. if you are going with children or very adult people, you would have to be careful with the stairs.

The photos don't do it enough justice, the place is much prettier. Excellent for an outing with friends or family, enjoying relaxing in the pool, grilling or just relaxing. Very well equipped, you don't need to bring anything. Close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, markets, and at the same time on a quiet and peaceful street. We went to celebrate a birthday and we felt at home, very safe and quite comfortable. Mariana and her dad were excellent hosts, very attentive to our inquiries. I highly recommend it! I promise to come back.

This is the second time we have rented the house and again we are very satisfied. We love the layout, the location and the atmosphere of the place in general. Communication with Alberto was excellent, always attentive and willing to help. As a suggestion, it would only be necessary to incorporate a little more kitchenware, but everything else was perfect. Thank you Alberto! Totally recommendable.

Pros: Perfect space for large families. The children had plenty to enjoy within the space and we had everything we needed to fill at home. Ruth was very responsive to all questions and concerns! She and her family were absolutely amazing hosts. The community is friendly & walkable to small tiendas. The house is located in a private community of luxurious houses and a large park. The major store is about a 34 minute walk or you can take a tut tut (moto cab). For the adventurous at heart they are plenty of independently operated buses/cabs. Cons: The small nearby stores close early and only accept cash. Ubers would cancel frequently. Renting a car would be conducive for large families. It is about a 1 hour 15 minute ride to Lima depending on traffic. (However it’s about 35 min drive to Ate and 15-20 min drive to Chosica downtown which was really cute town.) We absolutely loved Judith and Hernan’s place. It was centrally located in San Isidro and walkable to so many things, but offered incredible privacy. The decor, comfort and spaciousness accommodated my family very much. The kitchen is modern and very well stocked, the rooms were cozy and came along with large smart TVs, and was an artful combination of classic Lima architecture with a modern flair. My favorite part was the back courtyard, where we able to use to both work out and relax. We hope we can stay here again!

I had a really nice stay at this Airbnb. The space corresponds to the description, with all the details designed to provide comfort. The location was excellent and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The host was very attentive and available to help whenever needed. Without a doubt, an experience that I recommend and that I would repeat again!

Our stay was great! The location had many restaurants near by and a short drive from historic downtown. However, it could be noisy at night from traffic below.

Wonderful stay with Carla! Extremely friendly and nice host in a really nice secure building. 24/7 staff, with a really nice rooftop pool area where you can have your morning coffee or watch the sunset at night. Perfectly situated between Barranco and Miraflores and a 10 minute walk to the Malecon. Large grocery store just 2 blocks away. Carla's home has everything you need for a long term stay. The office workspace was really nice and the WIFI was great for remote work. Perfect stay and an amazing host. We have been traveling for 3 years now and this experience ranks right at the top. If you go with family or couples it is a great place because it has 3 levels, one is a large garden where there is also parking, second level kitchen dining room, bedrooms, living room as a garden, grill, oven. On the last one, there is a pool and a seating area

Everything was according to its description and photos. A very good place to spend it as a family.

The place was fantastic! You get a sunbath every day and get to witness the sunset as much as you can. The olace was really clean and the staff at the building as well. Pool and gym were easy to find and use. Everything overall was a grwat stay and i highly recommended!

The apartment has everything you need. It’s as announced: clean but a bit small. It’s not a place where you want to hang out, but totally ok for exploring the city. The gym is nice but there is no WiFi in the gym.

we had a short stay at Jassit's place before flying home from Lima airport. We had very good rest which was very important for us after several days exploring Peru. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. There is a mini market nextdoor, a super market a few steps away. Highly recommended

This is the second time staying in a Juan Daniel apartment, and it's certainly not the last. As a host it is a 10/10, always willing to help and attentive to your well being. The apartment is very small, but has everything you need. It's perfect for someone like me who works remotely, travels alone, and doesn't spend much time in the house. The neighborhood is quiet and very well connected to buses, the Metropolitano, combis and mototaxis. If you want to know life in Lima as it really is, and buy in the market, go on public transport and meet the people who live there, it is the ideal accommodation. I hope to return to the same apartment soon.

Another great stay at Candice’s apartment. The location is very convenient and within walking distance of many things. Highly recommended this apartment as it is spotless and very functional.

Great stay! Ana was helpful and responsive. The apartment was spotless. Many places I have stayed in Lima have mold due to the high humidity, but this one was completely clean. Very walkable neighborhood with many restaurants and shops nearby.
