Sleeps 6, with three floors, two bedrooms, a living room, a full bathroom, a terrace with a solarium, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a glass-top stove, a washing machine, and a patio. Public paid parking nearby.

The house has two floors with a large patio that looks at the living room and the bedroom upstairs. The main bedroom upstairs has a double bed, the bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds, and in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. The patio has a shower with hot water.
