Surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, the Chalet is ideal for couples. It has a queen-size bed, air-conditioning, an equipped kitchen, a large bathroom, a private balcony with a hammock, closed parking, and TV with Sky. In the yard, there are 2 female dogs, but they can remain tied up. Buses pass by the door and it is very close to Perequê Beach. I'll be waiting for you.

O chalé é simples e funcional, tem uma pequena cozinha com fogão, geladeira,forno elétrico e utensílios para o preparo das refeições; o quarto, uma suíte com cama de casal e uma bicama ,TV, ar condicionado; do lado de fora o deck que circunda o chalé com mesa cadeiras, churrasqueira portátil. Estacionamento e entrada independente!

Our shared property suite is very comfortable and well equipped. It has a kitchen, TV with Chromecast, fan, air-conditioning, closet, bed and bath linens, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. It has a private balcony with a hammock, table and sofa. On the property, there is a shared shower, deck, laundry, garden and Luau space. We are 800 meters from Lagoinha Beach and 300 meters from the ruins and waterfalls. There are restaurants, ice cream parlors and supermarkets nearby.

The house is integrated in the forest, in the treetop, overlooking the sea, inside the condominium, in the hill of the right corner of Praia do Félix, in the most beautiful and preserved part of the Municipality of Ubatuba. This is the perfect home for those who want to enjoy peace and nature, with all the tranquility in the world.

Em outra área da propriedade temos um deck de piscina com espreguicadeira.
