It has 3 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed, living room, kitchen, dining room, service area and garage. In addition, we offer an additional 1 single mattress and 1 sofa bed. We also have a terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains. 🌄 It will be a joy to receive you! Note: We have been hosting for 1 year, but due to technical issues, we created a new listing. Located in the middle of a coffee farm, 4 km from the Capixaba Entrance of the Caparaó National Park, it is ideal for nature lovers, hiking and waterfalls. The chalet is 6 km from Patrimônio da Penha and 16 km from Pedra Roxa. Nearest city (Santa Marta) is 4 km away where there is a supermarket, gas station, pharmacy and restaurant. We have Wi-Fi via radio (rural area). The chalet is only 1.5 km from the asphalt (unpaved road).
