On the edge of the GR 34 for beautiful walks. Numerous possibilities by bike as well. I'd be happy to share my secret spots.

Welcome to Roz Avel, a Breton house built in 1904 above the water in the descent of the Kelenn with stunning views of the Bay of Morlaix, located about ten meters from the Kelenn beach and 200 m from the city center (church square). Roz Avel was completely renovated in 2017 to accommodate 16 people: 12 adults & 4 children:6 bedrooms including 3 with sea balcony, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a large 25m² terrace on the sea and a 700m² garden.

We rent our large, very spacious, recently-built architect's house. Located facing the sea with exceptional and breathtaking views. Direct beach access, large garden. Fully-equipped. Being east/west facing, with a view through, you will enjoy the sunset for an aperitif on the terrace. And south-facing for lunch and dinner facing the sea. Downtown and shopping on foot. Departure from the house on foot for beautiful hikes all around Carantec and/or to Callot Island.

The bed is made before your arrival, bed linen, towels and bathrobes are provided as well as a mattress topper for the sofa bed.

It's a great place to rest, work, write, or meditate. The workshop was rated 4* by the French Tourist Office and was refurbished in January 2021.
