Very comfortable apartment, exactly as in the photos and as described. Good location. We had a small problem with the internet but the host was very attentive and responded quickly.

The appartment is amazing! 180° panoramic view of the city center, inspiring decor and lighting. Ideal for couples and for photo shoots. I already know where to stay when I return to SP!

I felt very comfortable in the apartment. Very well equipped. Communication with Ana was very good. She responds very quickly to emails. Will go back to her apartment the next time I stay.

Unhappily I couldn't stay in the place, however Fernanda was always willing to resolve my concerns, I hope to stay someday in this beautiful place.

I really like the apartment. All clean and well-maintained. I missed the stove, but it wasn't in the description (I didn't pay attention to that). It was excellent lodging. Diego responded quickly and helped me with what was necessary.

Denis's place is perfect! Espaçosa, with several environments that allow integration and at the same time privacy, has a wonderful outdoor area with the pool next to the ranch to enjoy with friends. Denis and Renata have welcomed us very well and were very flexible with our departure time, which was essential for our stay to be completed successfully. We saw many monkeys and jacutingas feeding on the surrounding trees, which has a beautiful nature and in addition, it is very safe, quiet and with silence for those who seek rest and tranquility. Voltaria every time you need to go to sp! Very cozy and the kitchen super structure! Prague for everything!. Super comfortable and cozy the house in addition to remembering a lot of family environment. Pets were super welcome!

Delma is wonderful, she welcomed me with a delicious cornmeal cake with guava. She is 10 and the stay was wonderful. Very cozy house.

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful my stay with Bia was. She was such an attentive and kind host, she offered me a haven after months of travelling. I sat on the beautiful terrace everyday enjoying the view of the beautiful São Paulo trees! There are two lovely coffee places nearby and plenty of little shops. I could not recommend this Airbnb more, I have beautiful memories that I’ll cherish forever. Next time I come to São Paulo this is the first place I will come to.

I have been an AirBnB fan and avid user for many years. Over the years, I have learnt that homes reflect so much about the host. Some homes just make you feel welcome and right at home. That's how I felt at Luciana's home. I felt right in the lap of nature, woke up to birds singing, banana trees in the yard were laden with fruits......it was such a peaceful place and yet everything was accessible. Luciana and Caco were the perfect hosts, they were there whenever I needed them and yet I had all the privacy. Loved my stay here.

This is my fifth stay with Robert at the OCA building. I highly recommend to any single professional that is looking for a safe and well located apartment in the heart of all the action in central São Paulo.

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

Extremely cozy place and matches the photos. Returning to SP, he will certainly be sought again.

Great location, close to everything just a few minutes drive away! We rented to Animalia and Zoo SP, it was great. Everything clean and new.
