Quiet, comfortable, clean, great location, and hope to return!

Great Airbnb right near downtown Eagle! 2 nice balconies and comfy beds!

The place was clean, well located, easy to get in an out of, and significantly cheaper than other glenwood airbnbs. The one potential downside is that it is next to a catholic charities food drive so homeless people sleep next door. However, the homeless truly only used the area to sleep and were very polite.

We had an incredible stay at this stunning condo! The view was absolutely breathtaking, and coffee on that patio made our stay feel so special. The decor was impeccable—stylish, modern, and thoughtfully curated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The electric fireplace was a beautiful touch, adding cozy elegance to the living space, which was perfect for relaxing. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the entire living area was spacious and well-designed. This place truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

The artists loft is truly a gem. My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids under 6 years old) stayed for a long weekend in the mountains and we will definitely be back! The location is fantastic - walkable to restaurants, a tiny downtown, and a great park! We took a little day trip to Maroon Bells in Aspen, and it was a quicker drive than anticipated. The loft is clean, beds are comfortable, water pressure in the showers is AWESOME! And...most importantly (to me), is all the little things that were thought of - unlike a lot of other AirBnbs I've stayed in - there were plenty of hooks to hang up your towels, a lot of towels to choose from, luggage stands, dresser drawers, tissue boxes in every room (allergy season in Colorado!), fans to circulate the air, and so many hangers in each closet. All appliances were basically brand new as well. TVs easy to use...I could go on and on. Easiest and best AirBnb I've stayed in. We will absolutely be returning!! Thank you!!!!!

Excellent location and great little place! Basalt is a really cute town and a lovely place to stay close to Aspen. This place had everything we needed!

The Loft on Grand Avenue in Paonia was a fantastic place to stay during our week in town visiting our son and his girlfriend. Like they did, we fell in love with Paonia. The loft was extremely well equipped, comfortable and very conveniently located. The bed was comfy and kitchen well equipped. The hosts were super responsive and kind. We will definitely return to the lift for our next visit to Paonia!

Kevin is a great guy, super friendly, easy to talk to, if I lived here I’d invite him out for a beer. The place is great, no surprises just look at photos. The outside area is fantastic, You’re looking at beaver creek from the couch. My dogs loved the gated and fenced back yard. Super close to town. I will 100% call Kevin first when I’m coming back to town to see if this spot is open again!!

This unit was perfect for my family of four. The owners have thought of everything one would need to immediately feel at home. Proximity to the slopes as well as to all the shops and restaurants in the Snowmass Mall is fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. Suzanne and Rob were great hosts, both proactive in letting us know how to access everything as well as responsive to any questions we asked.

The only small and I mean small complaint I would have about the entire place. Is that the heater/furnace was very loud when it turned on. If you are a very light sleeper, I don’t know if I would recommend this place. Otherwise I think it was an amazing place and better than what the pictures show.

5 Stars – Perfect Aspen Getaway at Faucing Haus Faucing Haus was the perfect home base for our Aspen trip! The location couldn’t be better—an easy, short walk to downtown, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. Doran was a fantastic host. His communication was clear, timely, and helpful from start to finish, which made check-in and our entire stay effortless. The home itself is beautifully maintained, very comfortable, and exactly as described—if not better in person. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Aspen. We’ll absolutely be back!

Place was great. Right by base, and super clean. Didn’t need to inquire with host about anything as they were proactive in providing all needed instructions. Can’t wait to go back

Our month stay at Becca’s Riverwalk condo was everything we dreamed it would be. We felt right at home, a beautiful kitchen, bedrooms, baths, linens, tv’s, and the deck that looks out to the river. We loved it. Popular restaurants, grocery, and shops just steps away. Becca responded quickly to all our questions and she was super friendly and efficient. We hope to in the near future!

Ali was able to accommodate us last minute when our original lodgings were subpar. She was responsive, and the condo is beautiful. Very close to great restaurants and shopping, and a short ride to Maroon Bells for hiking.

Betty was an excellent communicator. Condo was clean and fully stocked with all the extras you need in the kitchen which is so convenient especially when traveling by air.

Excellent clean ski studio across from CB base with a free shuttle.
