Unique & enchanting cave house

More Hobbit than Batman (no parking), this little cave house is built into the limestone cliff above the beautiful Provençal village of Cotignac. One of the most enchanting properties in the area, it has a garden with roses, palms, cacti and oleander. Panoramic view of the village. Parking nearby but the property has no vehicle access, only steep narrow path. This is the owner’s painting studio - easel available. Eagle owls nest above - no late parties/loud music. Fitness required

The house features, among other things, a bedroom with two bunk beds, so that renting by 10 people is possible, with the large bedroom then intended for children. The villa is built on a hill on the outskirts of Carcès and offers plenty of privacy. From 3 of the 4 bedrooms, the living room and from the terrace around the pool, you have a unique view of the village of Carcès and the surrounding vineyards.
