Beach house holiday rentals in Cardiff Bay

This place was great for our stay, the house has everything you can think of and more. Has a lot of character Great location Clean and hosts friendly and good communication.

I booked 2 rooms with Gemma and she could not have been more friendly or any more helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

My family and I staying in Segeun little cottage, we enjoyed very much, nice big kitchen, and clean bathroom. Very comfortable beds, I have back problems and I sleep like a baby every night. Easy to find and very well located to get to Penyfan peak and Breacon Mountain. We also visited Aberfan town and memorial. And the owners from the corner fish and chips shop made our trip even better, they have very nice food and home made pies, we got food from them few times and eaten at home. Definitely we will come back.

Beckie was an amazing host. She reached out immediately after we booked to ensure we had all relevant info, including how best to park. her home is beautiful and the room is absolutely perfect. the room is stylishly decorated and very clean, the bathroom is spotless with fluffy towels and a powerful shower. the bed was comfy and the bed linen was pristine. we arrived late at night and this was no problem at all, beckie made us feel right at home we would definitely stay again and would thoroughly recommend this airbnb to other guests. our room wa

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was lovely and clean with a good shower and heated towel rail. The off road parking was really useful. We were within easy walking distance of the pier, the marine lake and lots of bars and restaurants.

A wonderful, quirky house, full of colour, lovely big rooms, great Christmas decorations and a good view of the sea from some rooms. Well stocked, with all you could need. A few minutes walk to the sea.

Lovely house in a decent location that is walkable to the seafront. Very clean and comfy beds! Bit bright through the blinds from the lamp posts and then first thing in the morning but not a major issue for us. Thank you!!

We stayed during the hot weather in June this year and made use of the real wall mounted air conditioning in every room except bathroom. The property is easily within walking distance of town centre and Tesco. We dealt with Stuart throughout our stay and he was quick to reply to messaging throughout our stay and was professional in person. We found a dead pigeon in the back garden (it has two gardens and sun all day in both) and wanted to know what to do with it. He came around and took it away. We wanted to stay another week but it was booked. This property will be top of our list when we return again.

We had a wonderful time revisiting our home town from many decades ago. Rebecca was a flexible and responsive host. The cottage was in a fantastic location with everything easily walkable. Loved the “upside down” cottage - works perfectly on the hillside. Highly recommended!

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at Steep Holm. The cottage itself is light, spacious, and comfortable. The large enclosed front garden was perfect for our dog, and it was lovely to have the option to sit on the decking or out on the grass. The hot tub was divine! I was a little self-conscious on the first day as it sits opposite the car park, but it was actually completely fine! Despite there being a few parking spaces looking onto the cottage, the car park was usually very quiet, even on the bank holiday weekend. It was also nice having the two spaces opposite the front gate reserved for us as that definitely added some privacy. The cottage is an easy 10-15 min walk from the beach. We also managed to walk to Brean Down and to Uphill from there, which you can see in the distance from the cottage (looks far, but if you like walking, they're both really nice walks)! And the cafe nextdoor was ideal for breakfast (waffles all the way)! Thank you for a wonderful stay. :)

Great place to stay. Was home from home. Would highly recommend and I would most definitely stay again.

Me and my mates had a great stay here for 3 nights before and after taking past in the Newport half marathon. Fais’s home was clean and not cluttered and felt pretty modern throughout with plenty of appliances. There was even a smart TV with Virgin Media which i certainly did not expect. Only things i would recommend are some more forks and spoons for the kitchen, some new mattresses or mattress toppers in a couple of the rooms and possibly some garden furniture. Otherwise we all had a really pleasant stay. Thank you Fais for allowing us to stay in your home.

We stayed at this house due to the locality for what we had booked. It was a wonderfully quiet corner of the world and had everything we needed for the weekend. The house is great to return home to and sit and chill and chat. We didn’t get time to do any of the local walks that were mentioned in the notes as we didn’t have time but we could not fault the house or correspondence with the host. Wonderful stay would highly recommend.

one of the best b&b's i have been to. miff was very friendly and quick to give us a map of the quickest route to their place. was very generous with giving us a ride to the airport. had a great night, deffinately hoping to stay again. as someone who struggles with texture sensitivity, I struggle with most b&b bedding. i always bring a spare blanket with me because of this, but didnt end up needing it. this is definitely what made the stay for me ❤️
