Excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison toscane où Elena nous a accueillis avec bonne humeur et une grande gentillesse. Merci à elle! Le logement (un appartement dans une maison qui en compte 2) est fidèle à la description et bien agencé pour une famille de 5 comme la nôtre (3 enfants de 10 à 5 ans). La piscine (pas trop chaude!) est un vrai plus car il a fait très chaud durant notre séjour! Elle est nettoyée chaque matin avec discrétion. Les enfants ont adoré jouer avec Primo le petit chat et profiter du grand jardin. Nous avions peur que la promiscuité avec les autres locataires soit un problème (bruits des enfants dans la piscine) mais ça n’a pas été le cas. Par chance, nous n’avions pas les mêmes horaires et tout s’est fait très naturellement 😉 Une info importante: chaque chambre possède son propre ventilateur, bien utile. Nous conseillons également de laisser les fenêtres et portes ouvertes la nuit, pour profiter du vent qui souffle très agréablement le soir. Grazie Mille!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, leider hat es viel geregnet und der Schotterweg zum Haus war mit großen Pfützen versehen, was die Anfahrt zum Haus erschwerte. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und unappetitlich. Wer es gerne abseits der Zivilisation und rustikal mag ist an dem Ort gut aufgehoben.

Gorgeous rustic villa in the Tuscan Hills. Very useful that accommodation is across two houses and that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Pool was lovely. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I would add is a sofa to slouch on for rainy nights or after walking the beautiful cities of Florence, Lucca and Pisa. Great laundry for long stay guests. Brenda was very responsive and accommodating.

We had an amazing stay at Roberto's place! The villa was just as described and perfect for a group of 10 - the location was great, lovely and quiet with stunning views from the pool. We would not hesitate to stay here again, thank you Roberto!

We had a great stay. The location is perfect. A peaceful and beautiful environment, while Florence and Fiesole are a short bus ride away. Also easy to walk into town and the Europe Institute is close by. The apartment is part of a big villa, with a beautiful garden. The apartment did not have many amenities, but the basics were there (an umbrella would have been nice though at this time of the year). Any issues we faced were quickly resolved. Stefania was flexible with the check in time and extra guests for one night, which is greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in La Romola, just a short drive from Florence. I traveled with my husband, my son, and his girlfriend for a dear friend’s wedding nearby, and this home was the perfect place for us to gather and celebrate. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our hosts, Gianfranca and her son Stefano. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Although we arrived late in the evening, they had thoughtfully left us some food, coffee, and a bottle of delicious local wine — such a kind and generous touch that we deeply appreciated after a long day of travel. The house itself was absolutely spotless, well-equipped, and filled with charm. The setting is quiet and peaceful, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. During the wedding festivities, we were even able to host a few friends at the villa, and it worked out perfectly. We can’t thank Gianfranca and Stefano enough for their hospitality!

Situato a Signa, in un paese tranquillo, vicino a Firenze, questo B&b offre una sistemazione molto confortevole e accogliente; in camera non c'è l'aria condizionata, ma basta accenderla in soggiorno e chiudere la porta del bagno. Per il resto l'appartamento è completo di tutto. La posizione è a circa un km dalla stazione, si raggiunge con l'auto, attraverso una stradina in salita. C'è la possibilità di caricare e scaricare i bagagli, ma poi bisogna scendere per parcheggiare. In paese si trova facilmente posto vicino al municipio. I proprietari sono cordiali e molto disponibili, e la struttura è pulita e ben tenuta. Nel complesso, un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo per chi desidera un soggiorno fuori dal trambusto della città.

Abbiamo prenotato questo casale con un gruppo di amici, e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Livia e stata gentile e disponibilie fin dall'inizio, la casa e molto grande e bella, vicino al paese ed anche a Firenze ma al tempo stesso in un area molto riservata e tranquilla in cui potersi godere del relax! Il giardino della casa e molto grande e spazioso ed e dotato di panche e divanetti per poterlo utilizzare al meglio. E possibile anche portare degli animali domestici cosa che ci e stata molto utile avendone 3! La casa proposta da Livia e veramente un ottima soluzione per potersi godere una vacanza all'insegna del relax ma anche del buon cibo e del buon vino! Assolutamente consigliata!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso Casa Bada per capodanno e siamo stati benissimo. Zona immersa nel verde e alloggio comodo e ben fornito. Suzy è stata sempre disponibile e la comunicazione molto buona. Grazie!

Laura was an amazing host and made sure we knew all the details of the house and was very responsive if we had a question. The house itself is gorgeous and so are the surroundings. Highly recommend staying here as a home base in the Tuscany area! We visited many surrounding cities as well as a winery 40 minutes south. We would also recommend the restaurant Nuevo Ranch right done the street! Wonderful!

Well we have booked this many many months in advance for my sister and my father birthday - family retreat. There were always many thoughts if we had chosen the right place. The drive from Florence is a mission due to the lanes, but once you reach the place, O My god. The doors open you are welcomed to the place which is like dreams. The 6 bedrooms are all spacious, and all have bathrooms which are clean. The kitchen is big and dining area is also big. We had a small drinks organised in the lawn which they had, and with the beautiful back drop, it was insane. Overall - we could not have chosen a better place with better people who were helpful and friendly. Thank you log

Our family vacation to Villa Berni in Bottai was phenomenal, and it all started with the accommodations. Alessandro's brother, Enrico, met us as planned and gave us a tour of the villa. As requested, they provided 2 cribs for our grandbabies. With 6 bdrms and 5 bath, each couple had their own space, and the babies had their own rooms too. It was conveniently located taking 20 minutes to the Florence city center and other local towns provided everything we needed. Our favorite part of the villa was the garden courtyard. We had morning coffees and evening cigars/drinks. A bonus was the tortoises which the babies loved finding each morning to feed them strawberries. Part of the family farm, Enrico gave us a tour of the olive grove and farm animals. He even staged eggs for the grands to collect. Our last night, we arranged pro chefs to prep an authentic Tuscany dinner. This kitchen met their needs, and we ate in the courtyard. We couldn't ask for more...Thanks for hosting us!

Wij hebben een hele leuke week gehad met elkaar. Het huis is groot, schoon, er is aan alles gedacht en dichtbij de stad. Het zwembad was heerlijk en werd ook goed schoongehouden. Het is wel een stukje van het huis, dus is het fijn dat je even drankjes oid meeneemt. Het is super dat er bij het zwembad een ijskast, wc en douche is. Er zijn genoeg bedjes bij het zwembad en er staan ook parasolletjes. Communicatie met de eigenaar was ook top. Telkens een snelle en heldere reactie

Villa Poggiostelle was an incredible house in the hills above Florence. It was a peaceful escape that is very private with incredible views. The house is so well set up - our children loved the badminton, soccer ball and table tennis set up as well as the incredible gym. The pool was gorgeous with wonderful views over the hills and valleys near Calenzano. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated each with their own bathrooms with modern fixtures. The villa itself is about 25 minutes to a train station where we caught a train into Florence, 15 minutes to a nearby supermarket. It was easily accessible to all the highways and autostrade to explore Tuscany. A car is essential staying here though as it is a very hilly area in a secluded spot. Tatiana was a wonderful host who made our stay comfortable. She was always available to answer questions and even delivered a delicious surprise package of pastries one morning.

We had a wonderful stay at Antica Villa vicino Firenze. The villa is full of charm and character, with beautifully maintained grounds and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with authentic Tuscan touches. Our hosts were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or anything we needed. The location was ideal—just a short drive to Florence, but far enough to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. One of the highlights was the pool—the view from there is absolutely amazing, overlooking the rolling Tuscan hills. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. We especially loved the garden, the views, and the feeling of stepping back in time while still enjoying all the modern comforts. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and authentic Tuscan experience close to Florence.

We had an amazing stay at Fabrizia's house such a lovely place in the most stunning setting. Situated in the hills just outside Florence the views from the terraces are breathtaking, gorgeous hillsides with Florence and the Duomo in the distance. A family of 4 we stayed for two weeks - the first week was very hot and we spent most of the time around the pool which is fantastic, large and beautifully clean with lovely gardens. The second week we spent more time in Florence, as we travelled without a car we went into Florence by bus, 9 mins downhill to bus stop, buses run every 20mins, get off at Ponte Rosso and 20 mins walk to the very centre/Duomo, you can also get a small shuttle bus but we preferred to walk through the little back streets to the centre. We would then usually get a taxi back approx E25 We shopped at the supermarket Esselunga which was a short bus ride and then asked at customer services for a taxi to take us back E20 Cecillia was so helpful Would love to stay again

Both Susi and our local host Giada could not have been more helpful. We arrived to find that Giada had suppled super food and wine, enough for a day. The wine was from the family vineyard. The villa is lovely, beautifully modernised, comfortable and tastefully decorated. There is a well equipped kitchen, with all the things you need. The children had constant fun in the pool; it was a big asset on the hot Tuscan days and we sat out in the evenings enjoying the cool and the fabulous views of the Tuscan countryside. Giada was on hand for any needs we had, especially recommending good places to eat nearby. We couldn’t recommend this place any more highly.

Magnifique très grande propriété clôturée, avec 400 oliviers, des figuiers, des cyprès, .... Une très grande piscine bien entretenue et propre. Une terrasse couverte sur 3 côtés de la maison, avec possibilité d'éclairages (très pratique pour nos jeux de société jusqu'à tard le soir). Accès facile et commerces à 10 minutes en voiture. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Dans le séjour, il y a une magnifique table en bois - que nous n'avons pas utilisée car nous avons toujours mangé dehors. Il y a deux salles de bains. Les 3 chambres à coucher sont à l'étage. La climatisation fonctionne très bien et dans toutes les pièces principales. C'est un paradis pour une famille avec jusqu'à 4 enfants, dans une vallée reculée de la Toscane. Dommage, nos vacances sont déjà finies. Nous serions volontiers restés plus longtemps !

Beautiful location on the outskirts of Florence. A little expensive to get into the city though. The apartment was very beautiful and as described. Some areas were more clean than others (specifically the bed headboards were a little dirty but probably just because it’s antique furniture). Overall a great place to stay though and Stefano is very easy to work with

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The views were absolutely breathtaking and made every morning special. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The place was clean, cozy, and just as described. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy beautiful surroundings with a truly warm host!

Villa ideale per stare con amici e famiglia immersi nel verde

The dirt track leading up to the house is bumpy, but even if it had been 10 times worse, it would have been worth travelling along it to get to the house. The house is beautiful and spacious, the gardens and pool are amazing, but the views are out of this world. We've been very lucky to stay in many beautiful places around the world, over the years... this is the best. And to top it all off, Beatrice is a fantastic and friendly host. Providing us with samples of the family red wine and olive oil, as well as homemade bread, and great recommendations for places to eat. She even made sure we had wonderful weather :) We normally see all the sites around when we visit anywhere, but we only visited Pisa and Siena as the house was just too nice, not to take full advantage of. I worked in Tuscany many years ago and had always told the family how great it was... they were not disappointed.
