Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Cargèse

Well-located rental in a quiet area but close to Propriano where you can find all the amenities for shopping, seaside hikes, beaches and the mountains max. 1 hour away. The house is well laid out inside the property where there is also the owners' house and another rental a little higher, no opposite with the terrace and the property is large enough not to get in the way. So, a great vacation in May, when life is good in Corsica!

Eric and Edith's place is one of the classiest AirBNB's I've ever stayed in. The apartment is even better than the pictures - the floor layout and composition of everything including tasteful furniture and decor is perfect. Lovely, partly wild garden lot. Lots of space in the apartment - huge patio for star-gazing. Beautiful view onto the sea and coast. Good for watching sunsets. The neighborhood is off the beaten track but it's easy enough to get to several towns and attractions in the southwest of Corsica. A dirt road going by the house leads down to a beautiful beach with a very good family-run restaurant. Edith is very responsive and is concerned that guests have a good stay. I highly recommend this listing.

A big thank you to Charles for this stay! The cozy village house is perfectly located in an absolutely beautiful village. Charles is a very friendly and caring host. Small bonus: an excellent restaurant is just at the foot of the house, ideal to fully enjoy the stay without complicating life. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect. We'll be happy to go back!

If you like it a little off the beaten track, this is the place for you. Great accommodation, fully cozy, the pool was clean. Like everything else. To get there, you drive from the main road up a small mountain road about 6 km. Nevertheless, Porto Vecchio or Bonifazio are very easy to reach. You definitely need a car. We loved it. A small note, fly screens would be good.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful area of Corsica which is the Gulf of Porto. The house is in a charming Corsican village, perfectly located for moping around, between splendid hikes and beaches, and other multiple treasures of the region. The house is very well-equipped and impeccable cleanliness. Thanks to Sylvie and Pascale, the home fairies. Thanks also to Anne-Marie for all her valuable explanations. We'll be happy to go back!!

Sylvie's place is beautifully located. From the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the mountains and the sea – perfect for watching the sunrise. The apartment is very well equipped, well laid out and located in a great location. Everything was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful time in the historic house of Marie Antoinette. She was a perfect hostess, welcomed us very warmly, gave us good tips and responded to our wishes and questions immediately. The apartment is very, very clean, well equipped and exceptionally tasteful and designed with loving details. The large roof terrace with a view of the sea and the mountains is particularly worth mentioning, and from which the sunset behind the mountains is beautiful to watch. From the roof terrace, you can also watch the colorful hustle and bustle of the market square. We liked to use the offers in the village (village shop, two restaurants, a bar, etc.) The location of Belgodère is great. We were able to ride our e-bikes(!) to the beach or through the villages, on beautiful paths that were hardly used (spring!) and were able to take great hikes from there. We fully recommend the place.

Very pleasant stay in this small haven of peace with breathtaking views of the mountain, the sea, and the sunsets in breathtaking colors. All the ingredients were gathered for a memorable holiday and beautiful discoveries: a postcard decor, very welcoming hosts and good advice, very warm local locals, mild weather and a very well-maintained garden accommodation, perfectly suited to our little family. Thank you to Stéphane, Virginie and Andria for their kindness and hospitality, who helped create a very nice memory of our first holiday in Corsica.

We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful apartment. Very well equipped and nicely decorated. The view from the balcony is incredible, overlooking the mountains and the Aiguilles de Bavella. it is located in the small village of Zonza, lively, close to plenty of sports activities and especially in nature. The region is sumptuous.

Domaine d 'Étienne et Juliette is a real little corner of heaven in Corsica. We were lucky enough to stay in a splendid sheepfold, built and furnished with great taste, where absolutely nothing was missing. Every detail, inside and out, is neat with great delicacy. The vast estate, beautifully maintained, as well as the superb pool, bring an unforgettable feeling of freedom and serenity. A huge favorite for this magical place where you immediately feel good!

The place itself is wonderful and reasonably priced, and communication with the host was smooth at first. But for some reason, she decided to pick a fight at the very end of our stay about a trivial misunderstanding (about the exact place to leave the garbage bags) that she could've avoided by providing actual instructions in the house rules (there weren't any). That left a bad aftertaste.

We had a great stay. Beautiful villa with a high level of service (equipment, furniture, bedding, etc.). Everything was perfect! Thank you very much, we will come back without hesitation!

I had an absolutely wonderful week in this beautiful villa! The setting is exceptional: the 270° view is simply breathtaking, a true haven of peace. The house is decorated with great taste, very well-equipped, and remarkably comfortable. Special mention for the heated pool, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. Everything was impeccably clean when we arrived, and communication was smooth, warm and very attentive. A huge thank you to Karen, who is a very beautiful, caring and available person. You can feel that she puts her heart into offering an unforgettable experience to her guests. I recommend this address with my eyes closed and I sincerely hope to return soon. We had a great stay at Valerie’s beautiful house. The house is spacious and very well equipped. We especially loved the terrace with the wonderful pool and the magnificent garden. The whole atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Valerie gave great suggestions when I asked about a patisserie to get a birthday cake, a good butcher for a barbecue, etc.. And Sahila who checked us in and out was very friendly and nice.

The house with garden is beautiful and really offers everything your heart desires. The decor is elegant, each room has air conditioning and heating, there is even a working Swedish stove. We cooked daily, Charlotte has equipped the kitchen with absolutely anything needed for it. The house is situated in the mountains and those looking for silence and seclusion are in the right place. Unfortunately, there is no shopping in the village (no bakery, no grocery store, just a butcher). The nearest shopping is in Ile-Rousse, about 30 minutes away by car. The road there or to the house is quite curvy... We really enjoyed the house and our meals on the terrace as well as the sunsets and could only recommend accommodation!

A very warm welcome, Jean Jacques is a caring person towards his guests, everything was impeccable. The villa is very beautiful, very modern, with a lot of taste. Ideal villa, especially with children, the setting is splendid and the safety level of the pool or terrace is top-notch, nothing to complain about.
