I had an amazing stay at this apartment! Everything was exactly as described – clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, yet quiet enough to relax. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

My partner and I had an amazing time at Jeremy’s! It was our first time in Montreal and wanted to find a place that was affordable, near a metro station, and safe. Jeremy’s was exactly that! This basement unit kept us cool from the heat and had everything we need (e.g. kettle, pans, baking sheets, seasoning, toaster, etc.). We didn’t rent a car but there were lots of street parking available. The neighbourhood was beautiful. Lot’s of interesting houses to see and we felt very safe walking around at night! The suite is only about a 13 minute walk from the station which was perfect. Some things to note is that the stairs down to the unit can be quite steep if you have any mobility issues or if you’re carrying anything extremely heavy. That being said, we didn’t have any issues getting in or out. Jeremy was extremely kind, responsive, flexible and easy to work with. Thank you so Jeremy, see you next time when we are back in Montreal!😊

Perfect accommodation located close to a metro station, not far from an IGA store, very comfortable rental, nice little garden, space available for the vehicle. I highly recommend it.

It was a clean and comfortable accommodation. Both the bedding and towels were clean, so I used them well with my child. The facilities were all equipped, and there were several large marts nearby, so it was nice to cook. The host sent us a message in the middle of our stay to see if we were comfortable and responded quickly to our questions. It was a satisfying trip with no inconvenience during my ten-day stay, as I was able to quickly drive to the main spots in Montreal. Thank you.

Louies is a great host, very cordial and very responsive. The house is very easy to find. The house is situated at a nice lakefront location and spotlessly clean. When we arrived, the house was already cool which made us feel very comfortable. We will definitely recommend this place .

Awesome, quiet, and tidy. He is very welcoming to relax and good place to go skiing, Close to Montreal but in traffic jams.

We recently stayed at a delightful lake house in Plattsburgh to celebrate our son’s graduation from CUNY Plattsburgh. Our time there was truly special, as the tranquil atmosphere and beautiful lake views provided the perfect backdrop for our family gathering. The Boathouse was well-equipped with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable weekend stay. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities that made our time relaxing and enjoyable. The peacefulness of the lake allowed us to disconnect from our busy lives and fully immerse ourselves in this joyous occasion. Overall, our stay was a wonderful blend of celebration and serenity. We are looking forward to returning to this lovely retreat in the future!

Stayed here with a group of friends. Everything was great. We had 2 cars and it was plenty of space. I'm not sure how close it was to transit. Took 20min to get into Montreal. One of us thought the bed was not comfy, but the rest are fine. Very spacious shared areas (living room, kitchen, etc).

Jason was very responsive to all of my questions. 10 minutes into Old Montreal with car. When we realized the toaster didn't work, Jason had one over to the house by the time we got back from touring downtown. Great host to work with!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

Everything was just how Nabil described it. Super cozy Apartment which has a Parking Space which was great for us. Also loved that it has washing machine and dryer!

Our family of six stayed in Jason and Eric's place for five nights. From the first question I had before even booking till the day we left they were very quick to respond to any and all questions we had. So communication was really great. The house was very spacious for the six of us. The younger kids loved having three floors to explore, we all had our space and three and a half bathrooms was great. The house was very clean and bright!! Lots of huge windows but also the recessed lighting was amazing on the first floor. We used the dart board and had a lot of fun with that. The location was great, we crossed the street to the park daily. It was a short walk to Mont Royal and we did it every day for some groceries, bagels or shopping. it was a 50 min walk to old town which we did twice. We did a ton of walking around Montreal and the house was always a great place to come home to. Comfy beds were appreciated too!! If in Montreal again we would stay here again!

Ellen was really easy to chat with and she helped us leave our bags at the apartment early with no issue. The location is great and although on a busy road it was very quiet! We would definitely recommend this to our friends for future stays! Thank you!
