Where to begin..I read the details regarding the cabin before I booked..AND I WAS SO HAPPY THE DETAILS WERE ON POINT. ..Beautiful old fashion cabin on a gorgeous huge lake..super quiet..no wifi..no t.v.. just you and mother nature..the lake is very easy to get to as long as you know how to follow directions..the cabin was clean..no bugs,spiders,roaches or ants..not even flies.. beds were comfortable enough for a cabin lodge. .. bathroom was just right for the setting.. we had what we needed to go camping and cook outside on a grill.. plenty of beach chairs to sit on.. we got lucky and no one else was there.. but even with other ppl there it's still had to be spectacular..the paddle boats are a plus..been on the lake all to myself was epic..will for sure come back in sept 3 nights is not enough.. thank you for sharing your property.. it's a must do if you looking to DISCONNECT FROM THE WORLD......

Lovers of spirituality and awareness!!! We were looking for a place to resonate with our spirit and found it. Casa Carite is not only a place to disconnect from the world and connect with yourself. This place has a special magic with an energy and atmosphere that gives the best spaces and atmosphere to connect with your soul and be superior if you are looking for it. Perfect for those of us who practice meditation and introspection. We can't wait to come back and continue to enjoy such a special place that we now consider "home away from home". Thank you!

As always, Casa Carite, especially Alberta is my connecting space with myself. It's like the 10 time I visit them and each time I fall in love more of my cottage. I say my house because I already feel it and my 4 legs. Recommended 100%

This may be the coolest AirBnB we have ever stayed at. The view is spectacular and you can’t find a more remote spot than this. Jerry did everything you could ask from a host and he truly owns a piece of paradise. The path coming in can be a little bumpy, but it is certainly worth it. Do yourself a favor and book this place!

Beautiful hidden gem. Cabin was equipped with everything we needed. Stocked kitchen, clean bedrooms, washer/dry, extra supplies. Fun and relaxing time throughout the property: hot tub, kayak and fishing, beautiful landscape for photos, pool table, and board games. We caught several fish for meals. Be careful not to travel at night and in a small car. The roads are narrow, winding and dark. We would have liked more security for access doors to feel safer at night. We would definitely recommend others who like more adventurous stay.

Natural surroundings are the star of the show. Sleep with the windows wide open and the sounds of the night animals will lull you to sleep. Safe, quiet adventure for the outgoing couple who aren’t afraid sleeping outdoors. Excellent, friendly and accommodating host.

I highly highly recommend that you go to Lago Carite and stay at Raul’s place overlooking a beautiful lake scenery. Unfortunately we could only stay 1 night in this amazing apartment. Before we checked out we spent about 20 minutes taking some great photos and videos of the view & ourselves from the porch, which overlooks the lake, creating some the best photos from our trip!! The apartment is HUGE, esp compared to the 4 Airbnb’s we got in various PR cities. Apt is newly renovated with a beautiful kitchen and very nice bathrooms, yes I said bathroomS! There are 2 full bathrooms in the apartment. There is a large bed in a private bedroom with a full bathroom and a 2nd fouton bed in the living room area and the fouton bed is just next to the 2nd full bathroom, very convenient!! Raul is super kind as well! I messaged him asking for a coffee place nearby and his lovely response was to bring us over some coffee, milk, and sugar to brew our own pot of delicious Puerto Rican coffee!!
