Enjoy an incredible view and an imposing one-story house, located on the banks of the Chavantes dam, with a HEATED POOL available, UP TO 31°C, if requested, hydro jets, 3 large en-suites, with split air-conditioning, plus 1 optional support apartment, small with bathroom, split air-conditioning, located in the wing opposite the other rooms of the house. TV room with FIREPLACE, retractable sofa and air-conditioning. The master suite has a walk-in closet and a large bathroom.

My place is near the dam (approximately 200 m). Quiet, spacious place in the countryside (13 km from downtown Carlópolis).
