Todo perfecto, el depa es tal cual se muestra en la publicacion, la anfitriona muy atenta, incluso me ayudo a recibir unos paquetes en su casa, se descompuso el flotador del escusado y la anfitriona soluciono el problema de inmediato, siempre atenta a cualquier cosa, y muy amable y linda, el barrio muy tranquilo con varios restaurantes. Esta sobre la calle y dado que en lugar de puerta se entra por una gran ventana con reja no hay aislamiento del sonido, se escuchan los ruidos de la gente en la calle, y la gente de afuera puede escuchar lo que haces adentro del cuarto. Si este pequeno detalle no te incomoda es un lugar perfecto para descansar despues de un dia largo de explorar Medellin, muy agradecido.

Lo malo de este lugar son dos cosas: 1-tener que irse. 2-es tan lindo que no quisieras tener que salir a conocer Medellín. Me sentí mejor que en mi casa. Mis 2 amigos y yo la pasamos genial en un lugar precioso, ágil, cómodo, privado hasta entre nosotros mismos, cada uno en su dormitorio. Gracias María, sin duda será nuestro cuartel general al visitar Medellín.

Un lugar agradable, para compartir con la familia o los amigos. Cerca de los pueblos del Oriente antioqueño, que son de los más hermosos de Antioquia. Toda mi familia quedó entusiasmada con regresar.

Casa muito bem localizada com portaria 24 horas. Fica em frente a ao shopping San Nicolas . Nos atendeu perfeitamente e a comunicado com Carlos foi excelente, com certeza numa próxima vez em Rio Negro ficaremos aqui denovo .

¡Sin duda volveré cuando esté por la zona! La casa está ubicada en un lugar tranquilo y relajante, y tiene todo lo que necesitas para disfrutar tu estadía. Felipe fue muy atento. Si buscas un lugar para quedarte y relajarte cerca de San Antonio de Pereira (con los mejores postres), este es el lugar ideal. Está a solo unos minutos por un camino con baches si ha llovido, pero con una buena planificación, puedes hacer tus compras en San Antonio una sola vez y no tendrás que salir de nuevo. Lo único que cambiaría es el acceso por el portón principal. Aunque tendrás las llaves para abrirlo después del check-in, debería ser abierto por el anfitrión (de forma remota) al llegar y cerrado al partir el último día. Pero eso es algo mínimo. Solo asegúrate de hacer arreglos concretos para eso. ¡Altamente recomendado!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place has stunning views and plenty of open space to enjoy. It’s close to town, which makes it super convenient, yet it still feels peaceful and secluded. The check-in process was seamless, and the space itself was cozy and inviting. Would highly recommend when visiting El Carmen de Viboral.

La casa es muy impecable y agradable, con muy buenas comodidades y ubicada en un ambiente muy tranquilo. Esteban está siempre atento a resolver cualquier necesidad de los huespedes, es un anfitrión muy atento y amable.

The pool is beautiful and we loved the hot tub and steam room! Very quiet, pretty, peaceful place and you can hear the stream at the edge of the property.

Juan's place is in the middle of the action and close to everything you need with a great view from the balcony! Friendly staff and a nice restaurant downstairs!

Perfect spot! Cozy apartment, clean and comfortable. Very close to Provenza and other places, restaurants and rooftops. Second time in Medellin and I can say it was better than the first time. The apartment complex has a cafe in the lobby that offers breakfast buffet everyday for a really good price. Very convenient!!

The apartment was beautiful, and it is difficult to find one with both a washer and dryer in Medellín. It is a rare gem! The apartment offers a stunning view, allowing you to see the skyline from central Medellín to Estadio, spanning 180 degrees. The interior is beautifully designed and very clean. I appreciate that several fans were provided, as it gets hot for a few hours during the day but cools down at night. I recommend keeping a window open during the day to allow fresh air to circulate and keep the apartment cool. It is within walking distance of the Metro and the D1 grocery store. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The apartment is well located to many activities and restaurants. Right across the street is a 24 hour restaurant. The apartment is well maintained the security is great and the host is quick to respond and very attentive. the only downside is construction outside the balcony. this, of course, is out of the hosts control. While it did not bother me because I was awake early -and-doing things, if you want to sleep late the noise may be inconvenient to you. I would stay here again.

Loved the place. Great amenities and easy access to food, shopping, and nightlife. Shoutout to the team as well, everyone is great and extremely helpful for whatever you need!

The apartment was very clean and felt like home. The area and the surroundings were very peaceful and you felt like you were in nature even though you were walking distance from cafes, restaurants, and a large mall. Was very happy with the place.
