I really enjoyed my stay at Jacob’s house. His neighborhood is peaceful & quiet and it’s close to all of the necessities. It’s priced right for the value & experience. I’d highly recommend his place to someone looking for a good deal on clean & cozy experience.

This has been one of the best places I have stayed. I loved how kind and polite they both are. Their house was clean and they make sure to clean the common areas almost daily and even the room once a week. Their neighborhood is amazing, safe, and close to stores. I will absolutely be staying there again if I am needing a place here in Swedesboro.

The apartment was a nice set up. It felt like it was set up like dorms with each person having their own room. I liked how each room had its own locked door with a potential extra layer or security if I wanted to lock the closet door . Everyone was quite and I felt really comfortable and safe

Lovely place, clean, bed is super comfy. Each room locks separately so remember to bring phone to bathroom or memorize the security code. The refrigerator is in your room which is super helpful as I had medicine to store. Although your room is private the space is shared with others. It’s luck of draw on the other people. First night there was a loud obnoxious couple , 2nd night super quiet.
